Enjoy it along the way and know the day will come when you have arrived at that goal. You will be no different the day after that. I am going to shoot for around 11% bodyfat and specific girth increases or decreases.
11% body fat cannot be good, can it? I mean I'm not an expert, nor do I play one on the Internet, but really- isn't 11% BF cutting it close?

Could explain why KK looks decent to him though

DH used to have 11% body fat. Doctor said he was amazingly heathly. But, he also rode his bike to work in at least one direction (18 miles each way) and ate like a horse. he gave his body the fuel to do it right.

Hello everyone. Thank you for all the warm welcomes.

Weight....That is a good question.

My highschool years filled with dozens of triathlons and other competitive sports saw me with too little weight. - 6'3 165lbs.

Not a pretty sight.

Years in the Army and Bodybuilding (strickly for fun and to correct postural problems) led me to 220lbs. - Lookin good..

The past 10 years have been interesting.

I have stayed between 190 and 200 lbs but WHAT A DIFFERENCE BODYFAT MAKES.

A few years back, during a bad relationship I was 200lbs, Bodyfat in the high 20%'s and looked AWFUL. If I can resurrect a pic I will post it.

For the past two years I have stayed active. Adheared to a not so strick high protein diet, and dropped bodyfat steadily. Only core exercises at home.

Basically, I feel I have to walk the walk to talk the talk. I stay fit, take my supplements, balance my life, and try to fill it with love.

Today 6'3 200lbs Probably around 14-16% bodyfat.

Here is what I will do. I will take a few before pictures. Measure and Weigh. Get Bodyfat %. And Set a goal.

You guys are working and so will I !

I am going to shoot for around 11% bodyfat and specific girth increases or decreases.

You're so sweet! Work is nuts right now and our Halloween party is this Sat, so I've been trying to do at least SOME of the stuff I am supposed to do My husband is a Halloween fanatic, so when I say he goes WAY overboard for these parties, I'm not exagerating! Right now he is doing outside decorations so I'm getting my fix here I've missed being part of the action

Ah...okay. Now I'm curious. What would be a healthy BF for a woman w/o going too low?

Well, Dr Mark does say he completes in a ton of triathalons every year.

Dr Mark has yet to answer the gout and flabby arm people. I hope he doesn't think he can just blow them off...

I think around 13% is borderline too low. For example, world class gymnasts are typically between 10-13%.

Ok I have to interject/threadjack here for a second, but I am one of the people who continues to pick on Tippy for spelling but I have to explain. I only do this because she is the PR Director for the company. I think a quick spell/grammar check is in order.

On a totally unrelated note, I had to test for a job the other day and 10 of the questions were spelling errors that I had to find in the sentence, and they had most of Tippy's errors which was very funny to me, and helpful haha. I aced that test

Ok carry on...but honestly L2L, you crack me up so I would never put you on ignore
