They didn't scrub well enough is what it appears or maybe it was a facade and they plan on using them at a later time. I say this because, even though they may not scroll from the homepage, one may still view them. I have the direct links on the Fraudulent SS Pics, but for example: If one clicks on any success story from the homepage you can see the http:// and after id a number. In Annette's case 49. If one changes the number to 50 it goes to the next and so on.
If someone contacted Dr. Mark and directed him to the blog it has the link connecting it to kimkins, so it is a valid link to my knowledge.
But I guess my point is the information is there for Dr.Mark to review if he so chooses and his actions after being alerted will indicate his intentions.

I finally got caught up...I guess that will teach me to have a life for a couple of days. I was 20 pages behind in #7 and when I finally got to the end and was about to shout woohoo - guess what?

I wrote an email to Dr. Mark. Sorry, I saw it on KK Dangers before I read all the discussion in here about whether we should bombard him with email. That's my position in the Hater Detective club- special ops, and I think I am darn good at it too. I suck at Russian bride detecting, mostly because my hubby kept picking himself out a few.

I sent it to the email address from his website. It's rather a long post so I won't put it here, but basically I told him everything and sent him to some of the best links, the fat chicks review and ducky's site.

I haven't heard anything yet from him, but then I did give him a pretty big assignment.

Low carb = Atkins, etc.
Low fat, low carb = South Beach
Low cal = Stillmans, right?

So all the bases have already been covered. There is no reason for Kimkins if she decides to mainstream her diet and make it not the starvation diet it was before.

This is kind of ironic.

I e-mailed him, too. Whether he is in cohoots with the Kimkins crew or not, I just thought that objectively he should know what he's getting into. I mean, being that he's claiming to be a primary care physician and all, I could definitely see someone digging up his medical background, shoving a microphone in his face and asking a few pertinent questions considering he is the only medical professional to endorse the Kimkins diet.

Back when Kimmer was here and talking about writing a book - or rather letting her adoring fans talk her into writing a book - I asked how she figured there was a book in her plan since it was basically Stillmans/Atkins with minor tweaks. She stated that they were HER tweaks, and her personal story made it bookworthy. I remember thinking back then "hmmmmmmmm."

Something another LC'er suggested to me years ago-flaxseed meal. It's on the KK plan, but it works! Yesterday I ate one serving around noon and had relief by evening. It slides right on through the intestines.

I think she meant to say NOT on the KK plan. Sounds like she was on the same kind of kimkins plan I was on. Oh, that's right, I really wasn't on it

Gout problem 24 Minutes ago
Hi Dr. Mark and welcome. My question is about 2 weeks ago I noticed a pain in my back about half way up. It has gotten worse every day since. Sunday it was so bad I started taking aleve. I have been on allopurinol for years and haven't had a problem in a long time. I just realized today that The shrimp and a lot of the other food I've been eating on this plan may be causing the gout to come back. I just uped my meds from 50 MG to 100 MG. Do you think this may be my problem as I have'nt done anything to hurt my back. I'm 57 yearold male. Been on this diet for about 5 weeks. thanks

Hmmmmm, IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE??????

Well telling them to keep their Calories a MIN of 800! Good Lord, it should be a min of 1200 if not higher, especially on a Low Carb plan

As I have read through everything, it has occurred to me that Tippy really knows very little about what she is talking about. Peoples' calories are too low? I know, lets tell them to eat no less than 800. Hey, how about a plan that does it the way I did it? If it worked for me, it will work for them.

It really hurts my brain to think about the idiotic advice she is giving out to people. I never saw if she was the one that answered the person that wanted a refund because their kidney doctor said no way to the diet, but if it was her, well that was the most ridiculous and dangerous, potentially deadly answer (whoever said it, whether it was Tippy or the kimmer).

And where is the kimmer?

Sounds like Tippy too... not sure which plan she was on when... Must be that lack of Calories affecting the thinking process

Issue #17 of the Newsletter still has the pic of the woman in the red dress as the before pic of Kimmer. Someone should email Dr. Mark and tell him to look at Issue #17 and also give him the link to the Russian bride site she's on. Guess they missed this one in the cleanup.
