they can change the diet and site all they want, the site WILL be shut down! the only way to have a site with that information in the future would be to start a new one... Kimkins.com as we all know it, good or bad now, will be shut down.

Buying a membership on a diet plan website is easier for busy people...they think they can bypass a bunch of research and save time, and be spoon fed what they need to do to succeed. It's not that they're dumb people, just busy and in need of a solution for something that is making them miserable. That's my take on it, at least.

Well said!

Since he was gonna read up on KK, as per his post, maybe the webmaster is smart to stall putting the information up. If, as Dottie suggests, he jets from KK quickly, it'll save them some time. And I'm sure the web peeps are paid by the hour....

Exactly-not many of them know about lc'ing at all-only what Kimmer has fed them. There is one LCF member who cycled plans and posted here (not Tippy) who is trying to advise people and get them reading lc books. She (IMHO) is doing more good than Tippy or Dr. Mark.

Well, Kim my dear that sounds like the right answer there, because you know a two for one staff member is right down Kimmer's alley.

I think the Doc is busy now:

Rer. Mark - About Constipation 4 Hours, 2 Minutes ago
I am really looking forward to the answer to this question. Thursday I was hospitalized for diverticulitis with microperforations that caused an infection. Now the doctor says I have to work up to 30g of fiber a day and not all of it should be from pills. He says that a diet so low in fiber and my age(40) caused my colon to shrink and create the problem. Also he said I had no bowels sounds and that was not normal. Using fiber pills and magnesium I had actually, finally gotten regular then this.
I am soo glad to finally hear someone say you should have a bm every day. Someone posted that they only have a bm every 10+ days and that it was perfectly normal!!!

I might have missed this if it was posted here.

Update on Kimkins Dangers says that Mark is an acupuncturist. Period. He is not licensed to practice anything else at this time including massage therapy.

Ugh, I tried Midrin and it nothing for me. no one I know likes Imitrex be it either side effects or no response. Needless to say I have honestly never even tried it. Why do we have to get these darn things???!!! My poor girls have them 13 and 11 1/2 years old Fortunately for them, Advil seems to seems work for now.

Are you sure these are migraines? According to my neurologist (and my personal experience) Tylenol & nsaids give no relief to migraines but do to other types of headaches.
