BTW, financial problems don't make a school's accreditation invalid, but maybe the school is laying low and thus is not drawing attention to itself. A perfect setup for some lifting of text, wouldn't you agree? Particularly in exchange for some moolah! (But our Heidi would NEVER do that - pay for it, I mean.)

In fact, it looks suspiciously like a printed news article with a sidebar or illustration down the right side, which would account for weird breaking in the first few sentences, then far less in the body of the article.
I think you are definitely on to something there. Hey if Heidi can lift photos - she sure can lift medical advice. Now the trick is to find some phrases that Dr/Mr uses and do a search and see where it's being lifted from....

The school is no longer in existence. Its accreditation was withdrawn on 11/18/2002 and the school was shut down, its students had to complete their programs at a rival institution.

So I did a search of licensed acupuncturists in Florida. Of the active people, this guy's website seems to use a lot of the same phrases as kk's Dr. Mark.

MARK T. BRINSON DOM, CNMT - MANUAL MEDICINE Seminars and Treatments

There is only one other active acupuncturist that I could not eliminate.

ETA: assuming he's still in Florida

This is "Dr." Marks answer to hair loss questions

"Re:Losing my hair...Dr. Mark 3 Hours, 32 Minutes ago
Within two weeks of being on your vitamins you should notice improvement. Probably less but lets go with two weeks.

If it continues to be a problem let me know and I will tell you of some specific foods that can nourish that hair and skin.

It has been said for thousands of years "a Good physician should treat first with food".

Remember also, don't worry too much and find some healthy activities to keep your stress low.

Dr. Mark"

Furthermore - Dr. Mark stated the following in his introduction....

I hope everyone will take advantage of my 19 years of experience and excellent research skills. I am here for you.

Dr. Mark

Well, if he was licensed through his educational program at The Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine he would have to have been so 19 years ago, right? Unless he's talking about his vast experience breathing oxygen....

According to the ACAOM site, FITCM started in 1995....12 years ago...

hmm?

I'm tellin ya I think this is Tippy!

"Re:Crystal Lite Contains Aspartame 3 Hours, 38 Minutes ago
Artificial Sweeteners really are not the best things in the world for you but you sometimes have to take into account dose.

Most things are dose related whether you are talking about a medication, poison or a food additive (some call them poisons!)

If you are having one dose per day along with lots of water and healthy food, you may not have a problem.
If you are having multiple doses, have compromised health, or are a child, this could lead to all sorts of "dis - ease"

If you want to try a natural sweetener Stevia is a good substitute...beware though, the stuff is really, really, sweet...50 to 100 times that of sugar.
Using natural fruit juices to flavor (especially tea) or even fructose (crystal fruit sugar) are good sources as well.

Remember what I said about the kiddies though. Get them eating as close to nature as possible.

Dr. Mark"

Okay, I find this odd.

There's a posted question in the Health forum at KK regarding ADD/ADHD posted over 4 months ago. Evidently there was a reply that has disappeared. Then a "thank you" from the original poster. Then a sappy reply from Dr. Mark 2 hours ago.

What the?

Well he never says his 19 years of experience is all in TCM. I'm going with "vast experience breathing oxygen."

From the website posted it says

"Dr. Brinson has more than 18 years
experience in the field of manual
medicine and human performance."

According to Myspace he is 37, so that would have made him 18, 19 years ago.
