I found this about those words with underscores. Could it be keywords for searchbots?

I wish to know who you are all reporting to. Can someone send me a pm with info?

I would like to know that answer too. Also what happened to the tips for the profile?

Example posts:

One of the liver's primary functions is to _meta_bolize stored fat
some describe this as a _meta_lic taste
Muscle is a _meta_bolically active tissue
There is a definite "_meta_bolic advantage" to eating

link

Example posts:

last couple of weeks have been _link_ing to
update it as needed so save that _link_
will email you the right _link_ from

style

this way of eating, life _style_ works
throw in Kimkins _style_ days at random
Nice color and _style_!

script

to get rid of the sub_script_ion
The pre_script_ion assistance would probably
I do medical tran_script_ion for an orthopedic

The words have an underscore before and after them, and notice how they are all "web" related words. Not sure why the forum software is doing this.

It looks like it's a Fireboard setting to prevent certain types of Cross Site Scripting attacks. Strange.

Thank you!

It seemed odd that a mention of 10 years with Kimkins would be right after the email address, but now I see what it was referring to!

I think a good place for ex-kimkins members to expose kimmer is to write a review at Ripoff Report.

That is where I found a company I was going to hire to help my husband's business and saved myself thousands of dollars because I read about other people's experience.

Thank you anyway. I like the idea of multiple translations - it's good confirmation that it's been translated properly.

VEGETARIAN OPTION
Vegetarian products have higher carbs so a calorie limit is suggested
Aim for no more than 1000 calories per day

Daily Limits

0-20 total carbs from all sources, no fiber subtraction
0-3 servings of protein substitutes including tofu, eggs, egg substitutes, protein powders
0-2 servings of higher carb choices including tempeh, Gardenburger and Boca products
0-2 servings of dairy choices including yogurt, soft cheese, hard cheese
0-3 cups of List 1 veggies
0-1 cups of List 2 veggies

Use minimal fat for cooking
Unlimited non-calorie beverages
A serving is per the product label
Use low calorie salad dressings and "light" butter substitutes (no trans fats)
Take a complete multivitamin each day plus other desired supplements
Due to higher carbs in vegetarian products, appetite reduction may not occur
I saw this posted earlier, and I have to ask for any vegans out there. Is this even possible to do under 20 carbs a day (counting ALL carbs, NOT NET)??? I guess if you choose the "0 servings option for each food choice.

One original Boca burger is like 7g of carbs, a cup of broccoli is another 4. Two servings of tofu (two slices) are another 4 carbs. One serving lowfat plain yogurt, at least 4 grams of carbs (assuming the exception rule for yogurt, which Kimmer does) and one cup of shredded romaine lettuce.

The above equals 20 vegan carbs without fiber deducted. Total protein for the day? 38 grams!!! That is nowhere near the protein requirements for an adult. Total calories for the day? 357!

There is absolutely no way someone could get the basic nutrition needed on a vegan Kimkins plan. I really hope nobody is following the vegan option, it's even worse than BootCamp.

I can't see it either, unless they were using a lot of plain protein powder and egg substitutes(fairly low carb per serving). Even then, it would be hard with those restrictions.

Wonder why Ducky is so quiet today???? Maybe big things are underway and no one wants to spill the beans ahead of time. Maybe SSI or IRS will be knocking on Hidey's door anytime soon.....lets hope so

Had a nice chat with my nephews wife who is a trauma nurse. She has taken care of emergency admits of anorexia patients. Symptoms are strangely close to those of Kimkins survivors. She listed many complications of anorexic type eating. She did say that once the symptoms start setting in, death could be a possibility unless steps are taken to correct what is going on in the body.

heart palpations due to electrolyte imbalance
heart damage due to low potassium levels (can cause arrhythmia)
Excessive Ketone's in the blood damaging the kidneys and shutting them down

She said that heart attacks are common in this state......she was freaking me out with her information. Death can come quickly for someone that has messed with potassium levels and electrolyte balance. It is no wonder that so many felt so horrible after a couple of weeks of Kimkins.......

It is my prayer that anyone still doing Kimkins listens to the truth quickly and feeds their body

I showed the "Kimkins" diet to my doc this morning. Her two comments:

This is a poorly bastardized version of Atkins.

and

She really should call this "The Concentration Camp Diet".

What do you mean "accidentally"? Banned members are asking for stickies they created to be taken down.

"Re:WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 'SITE TIPS"? 2 Minutes ago
It appears that some of the sticky info has been accidently deleted. We apologize and are in the process of either trying to retrive the info or recreating it. Again, so sorry. Is there something I can specifically help you with?"

I had terrible leg cramps while I was on KK's, and I was on the regular version. I'm not even having them now. I would get up no telling how many times during the night. My big toes would draw up. By morning, I was worn out. I was also drinking lots of water. I tweaked her program most times, so I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't.

I'm so mad about this whole situation that I could spew fire!

This girl was asking how to get her Calories up and people start suggesting items well here is Tippys response-
Quote:
Re:GETTING CALORIES UP? 3 Days, 1 Hour ago
Just add them in gradually and you will do fine. Keeping carbs low while adding calories back in is key
DUH!!! I think she was asking for examples!!! And she is an Admin? Course she can't remember what program she lost weight on!

Then she adds this-
Quote:
Re:GETTING CALORIES UP? 21 Hours ago
All Kimkins plans should be a minimum of 800 calories. The maximum is individual and _base_d on your scales and progress
She she trying to KILL the members there?

Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
She has no idea... heck she has no idea what program(s) she used!
