EasPees............your not kidding! I was so disgusted with KK back in July when I found that you had to pay for the privilege of joining her site. Then after reading this thread I understand more and she got all of her support and info for free. Then I read that she had some sort of scam where she raised $$ for foster kids that did not exist!! Is that true? This was better then GH!!!

Fawn-speak: At the Kimkins forum there's a member who always speaks of herself in the third person. Example: instead of saying "I lost 2 pounds" she will say "Fawn lost 2 pounds." Her posts come across as annoyingly sweet, fake, contrived, and emotionally disjointed.

TOS: Terms of Service... the fine print when joining a website...the "violation of" which is frequently used by Kimkins when banning members.

I was just wondering the same thing. I read somewhere that the fat dissolving injections are not an approved treatment. Supposedly Dr. Mark can give injections of "herbals" or something like that, but not medications.

--Dippy, who cycled with Atkins; did Atkins first and then Kimkins; or did KK all the way (depending on when you ask her) and who only goes to the bathroom every two weeks, thereby confirming that she is full of **it;

--SlingingHash, who appears to genuinely be losing or at least her magic 8 ball said so; and

--Dr. Mark, who appears never to have even read the diet.

TOS is the agreement between a user/member and the website board. You know when you click that you have read and agree....that is terms of site.
You can banned from kimkins from scratching you &&* I mean nose. No really anyone who asks a question where they think you may be questioning kimkins will you can kiss your TOS goodbye. So theoretically you can get banned for posting here but you can for just about anything....hence the Banned camp we have here.

Kimmer started the Kimkins way of eating (WOE) right here on the boards. She joined LCF back in 2000 and claimed to loss the weight then the following year doing it her way which lead to Kimkins website in 2006. The foster kid scam is the tip of the iceberg. She used false success stories and used false before and afters for herself and her fake success stories. Click on the my blog in my siggy and you will see where we all have been uncovering the lies about those. She also collects Social Security disability, she also is bald from what we don't know, she also has been in jail or served time per her husband and in court documents, she also had foster kids taken away per her ex-husband, She also has about million dollars somewhere and getting that social security, she also had a fake affiliate which means she was skimming money off the top of the business when she had a partner, she also had run cons/scams before and she has about 7 different ids....there is more but my brain cracked open trying to remember all her lies...read this thread.

Did you ever comment on the underscoring of words? The pre_scr_iption that type of text? Have you seen that at Kimkins with other posts?

I read about the gatorade but I thought maybe the situation had something to do with electrolytes and was letting that slide. I missed the fructose point. I didn't see anyone post here about using fructose instead of artifical sweetner. Now that would not be very Kimmer like at all and not Tippy either.

Artificial Sweeteners really are not the best things in the world for you but you sometimes have to take into account dose.


Most things are dose related whether you are talking about a medication, poison or a food additive (some call them poisons!)

If you are having one dose per day along with lots of water and healthy food, you may not have a problem.
If you are having multiple doses, have compromised health, or are a child, this could lead to all sorts of "dis - ease"


If you want to try a natural sweetener Stevia is a good substitute...beware though, the stuff is really, really, sweet...50 to 100 times that of sugar.
Using natural fruit juices to flavor (especially tea) or even fructose (crystal fruit sugar) are good sources as well.

Remember what I said about the kiddies though. Get them eating as close to nature as possible.

Honeybee.... I noticed the underscoring of words in his posts.... not so much in other posts by other members. I did think his writing things like pre_scrip_tion and met_abol_ize were kinda wierd. But I didn't know why he wrote them that way, so I noticed them, but didn't comment. The one that took me aback a bit was the "urine analysis" terminology. Personally I've never heard it called anything other than "urinalysis".... actually, even more often it's refered to as a "UA". But since he's an alternative medicine doc, I thought he might be referring to something different than a traditional UA.... so I didn't comment on it.

The thing that has me wondering... someone earlier (was it you?) made a very good point: he mentioned that he has a background in "research".... yet even a simple google search would bring up all this clearly documented fraud stuff. And again, I know of no professional who would risk their license and professional reputation by being linked in any way with a program like Kimkins (under investigation for fraud, BBB rating of "F", etc).

You won't get any arguments here on that theory...well some may come in and post an argument against it but really what is the rebuttal. Oh the hypocrisy of it all is the going phrase last time I checked. But it changes depending on what the pro-kimkins people can get stirred up.
I am beginning to believe the only pro-kimkins people left are either on payroll, are in such denial with their eating habits they do not want the truth or they aren't really for kimkins but they like to get attention so come stir the thread and see who rises to the occasion.
