Cheri was so sweet to do the avatar for me ... heaven knows I'd never figure it out. I did it because I thought it would help with request for a pic. Truth is, I don't have many and this is the only digital one (sent from the friend who took it during a celebration dinner at a restaurant).

I have my 'before' pic (again, there's only one that's digital) and it's me at 287 lb. I'd be glad to send it to anyone who emails me.

KB, I was married for 16 years, got divorced 6 years ago and had a horrible custody battle (the 'divorce' diet works well, LOL). So, no hubby, not looking for anything permanent. I went on 2 internet dates ... was THAT scary (the guy who brought an engagement ring to the second date? the guy who followed my car?)

Thank you all for the compliments! I've always had a 'young' look which was horrible when I was a teenager (16 look 10) This is why when I bought, well, large quantities of alcohol for a Memorial Day BBQ, the clerk asked if my parents were gone for the weekend, LOL! Have to admit, at 46, it's nice to hear ...

Speck, I've had tummy tuck & breast lift (new technique, no T-scar!), that was due to pregnancies and weight. Thighs could use some work, but I'm not shelling out $$$ for it. No extra skin on my arms, I think it's a family thing? "Good enough" is OK with me, I'm not interested in "perfect".

This is on the Avatar thread (2004)

This just makes me want to throw up!!
I sure hope she gets what she deserves!

Ya know, if she just would have shared her opinions without trying to sound like such a "know it all" and pretending she was tiny and maintaining, she could have been helpful. All of us have little hints and things that we know that work even if we don't always follow them. People share those tidbits all of the time without coming off nasty and condescending like Kimmer always did.

I'm sure that she (and almost everybody else on this board) truly have good things to share...

BUT...

there is/was no need for a huge scam that endangered the health of others and stole their money!!!

GRRRRRR....

Well, except it WAS all about the lying. Con artists lie. That's what they do. In the case of LCF, her lying got her all sorts of praise and enough of a following that it led to the real scam--the Kimkins site. She probably thought it would make her a bit of income and she could keep getting the power trip satisfaction. That it took off was probably a dream come true. Hey, a million bucks (or however much) is a helluva pay-off for a scam that only takes a computer and fake pics.

Clearly, anyone who diets quite a bit, along with reading diet books and visiting diet sites, can pick up a lot of info. I don't doubt Heidi probably has dieted A LOT in her life, if not successfully. It doesn't take a genius to read books, read sites, see what works fast, and make a cult out of it. It just takes someone so utterly devoid of conscience that manipulating well-meaning people is fun and games for them. That's what bugs me. When I see people here, there, at KK, everywhere, who were open and real and genuinely trusted Heidi/Kimmer, and the way she just strung them along. The heartlessness of it is, well, stunning. Not a single drop of blood is drawn, and yet she had to know, HAD TO, that when people were eating so very little, she was encouraging something damaging.

Power and money. Old, old temptations that blind.

What it comes down to: I don't think she's the kind of person who can be honest and genuine. The fact that members of her family who were contacted clarify she's a troublemaker/con/etc shows that the disposition to lie/con is chronic. She probably sits at home stuffing her face and plotting how to come up with more ways to get people via fake personae and self-aggrandizing internet interaction. It is a magnetic sort of power for a con, undeniable that, and she probably can't get through one single day without doing that--lying and pulling strings and remaking herself via internet creation.

That's why I totally believe she has personae still at KK and here and wherever she can toy with humans in the way that has been most profitable and least legally-damaging (so far): through a computer.

Even as Jeanessa and others pursue legal channels, I think Heidi/Kimmer assumes she will still get away with it, and, with that hubris and from old habit, she'll move on to something new, having learned certain lessons about how to skirt the legal issues with greater dexterity. She's slippery, but she's not perfect. Someday, it will all catch up to her.

What makes her scams work is that honest people trust and humans get desperate. Those two factors. We trust because it wouldn't occur to us to do what the Heidi/Kimmers of the world do. It's not part of how our brains work. And when we get desperate, we stop thinking clearly.

Bad combo, that, when one runs into the H.K.D's of the world.

Heidi, who claims to be Christian in those dating service profiles, needs to read Revelation 21:8 and consign it to memory. It's quite pertinent to the state of her soul...

If the law doesn't get her, God will. And He's not one to be fooled by the lies of Miz Diaz. And I take great comfort in that.

The Princess: I agree with you! We might never get a chance to see her brought to justice but in the end she does have to answer to God. What goes around comes around!

You know her self worth must be at an all time low. That is why she makes up all these stories about her success!

I just had a thought - I'll be you $1MM she never had plastic surgery. She just said that because her before/after picture was so far fetched ... and we couldn't understand how her skin looked so tight. I know some gals have success with exercising ... but the majority just have to deal with the hanging skin.

The entire point of the kid charity was that they were no longer kids under fosterage. If Heidi accepted the money as donated, and could prove she did assist her young adults in any way, shape or form, that complaint is apt to be summarily dismissed. I believe that Kimkins membership fees are/were based on fraud, and that's where I'd pin my hopes.

Is that the Danielle who's an "admin"? If so, that's Heidi. Someone on one of the blogs reported getting mail from "Danielle" and it came from Heidi's email.

Whether or not Heidi spent the money on the kids is a moot point, according to Tippy. (I think Heidi prefers Captain Morgan to butter cakes.)

But we dont know for a FACT that she had them. The son's Ex said that she was TOLD.

Tippy, Tippy, Tippy...

There is a wonderful site that could possibly help you!!

Merriam-Webster Online

The website address is very simple so you should be able to manage to spell it correctly (just try real hard and then bookmark it so you won't have to try and figure it out again).

You do really need to try a little harder with your spelling Tippy. You honestly are making yourself look more ignorant and pathetic then we already know you are.

If you we’re such a lowlife I’d feel sorry for you.

Now THAT'S suspicious, and possible as well. What can Dr. Mark accomplish in 2 hours per week? It takes him a while to read, then research. (Although opinions take no research at all if they don't require background facts.)

Hi Guys

I have been off the forums for the last few weeks, celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving and Oktoberfest. There is no way I can keep up with all the posts, so I have read Kimkins exposed and WOW everyone has been so busy with the Russian brides, and the TV expose, and the Kimkins site being "sold" and this new doctor, my goodness.

I have contacted Tyna and filled her in about the latest news, others may have done that as well. I'll let you know what her response is. She did tell me about a coworker who was going to do Kimkins and Tyna filled her in on how dangerous it is and that its a scam. Way to go Tyna.

I cut a lot off last week (told the hairdresser to cut off as much as necessary to leave just the healthy hair), and I am still continuing to loose a significant amount of hair everyday.
The bootcamp menu I was following most days was:

Bkft: 2 medium eggs cooked with 2 slices extra lean deli ham and 1/2 cup List 1 or 2 veggies

Lunch: 2 cups (loosely packed) spinach with 4 oz tuna and 3 sprays Hellman's Zesty Italian Salad Spritzer

Dinner: 2 cups (loosely packed) spinach with 4 oz chicken breast and 3 sprays Hellman's Zesty Italian Salad Spritzer

I'm also drinking 2L/day water, and 1-2 diet sodas.

My average daily totals are: Cals - 300-500 Fat - 5-19g Carbs- 5-15g Protein- 65-80g

I have been taking a multi-vitamin, fish oil supplements, and fibre pills with non-digestible carbohydrates in it. I have also added echinacea, a high-potency B-complex vitamin, zinc, calcium and vitamin D.

Any suggestions for my plan?

Dr Mark's Response:

When experiencing any symptoms that are exaggerated (lots of this or that) plus general malaise (not feeling great) it may be time to see your primary physician.

Remember folks to listen to your body. If you follow the advise that the people on the forum give it is just a general guideline.

Listen to your body.... Especially really significant amounts of pain.

Minor changes in skin, hair, bowel movements, etc experienced with dietary changes or detoxification are normal...

Extra Extra or Bad Bad symptoms are not.

TT's Response:

try to slowly bring the calories up. You can't stay so low forever and if you end up stalling you'll have nothing left to cut back on. I like bootcamp myself and I do well with it but I have at least 800 calories.

And the FAMOUS Admin's response: (Kimmer?)

Mara, welcome back. Here is information posted on another thread about hair loss. Of course see your doctor if you're concerned.

These are links to other sites about hair loss and dieting. It seems to occur with all diets from Atkins to Jenny Craig, but no one has a solid answer. We strongly suggest you see your doctor to determine if there's an underlying medical or hormonal imbalance. Often it seems prior use of birth control pills may be a factor due to excess estrogen storage in body fat.

Go to this thread and there are links to read: http://www.kimkins.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,101/func,view/id,399199/catid,11/ limit,10/limitstart,10/#404313

The values for the menu you submitted above are 508 calories and 73 grams of protein. How much weight did you lose following this menu for a month? What did your doctor say when you told him you were doing Kimkins?
The "doctor" doesn't tell her to up her calories? And what's this about if she's that low she'll have nothing to cut back. Does that mean if you're at 800 there's room to cut back? I don't get it.
