Oh, please don't get me wrong. and I am not and never would make fun of how someone looks. In fact, I would never in any way, shape or form have the nerve to wear such a swim suit, be photographed in it, and post it on the internet. What I have laughed at, however, is her conceit and utter failure to see what she really looked like. She had just gotten back from the pig roast bragging about being the thinnest person there, and then posted these pics to get our sympathy because her husband told her she was too fat to be in public dressed like that. The part that amused me was that he was right and she didn't even know it. As for her post and ideas being sincere - yeah they were sincerely narcissistic.

I'm with you, Julia!!! That was a Kimmer party line - that if you couldn't stick to the plan, you were just weak. And then she would add the condescending line that it was fine if you were satisfied with your weight loss. I'm sure we could find lots of posts here along those lines if we looked.

Adding a cup of lettuce & some low cal dressing is not Atkins-she's trying Tippy's cycling plan. WAKE UP TIPPY-these people need your help on how to do Atkins correctly and why they should be doing it correctly! Geesh you claim to care so much...

Well, in case The Tipster is lurking, in honor of her boycott, I placed my FIRST Netrition.com order.

If I'd noticed they had a better price on ChocoPerfection than even the ChocoPerfection site, I'd have ordered those sooner. Man, those dark chocolate bars are lovely things.

Let's see now, I can't have protein and I can't have carbs without measuring both and sticking with strict limits. I wonder how I'll be able to do that? It looks pretty hopeless to me. Carbs cause high blood sugar without tons of insulin covering them, tons of insulin causes weight gain, which causes my blood pressure to increase and further damage my kidneys. Now protein, will do the same and I am now between a rock and a hard place. I wasn't told this before I joined and paid $65.00 to join. Can I get my money refunded? If I can't use this diet ?

Ok, Firstly when did the membership go up to $65.00?
Secondly, it now states as a disclaimer at the bottom of the Kimkins homepage not to do the diet if you have kidney issues. This is a change within the last few days.
So if this member joined prior to that disclaimer she needs to point out that now they have one so the site is acknowledging a risk, thus proving her point which should result in a full refund. But of course I am using logic and discussing a regular business....and Kimkins doesn't use logic and is not a formal business.
