I was bound to happen. I made one too many comments about fraud, disappearing posts, and disappearing people. When WyattsMomma suddenly disappeared before my very eyes ~ I posted a comment that Kimmins was becoming just like a scary movie ~ with people disappearing right and left. And that was it; I was banned due to "Member Complaints."

I think I know who that member was.

Anyhoo ~ great work, ladies. Congrats on the detective work. I have been following along ~ and all I can say is that you all should turn your attention next to the Jimmy Haffa mystery!

And just an FYI for NEY, her "leader" Lameke, on that Brickhouse thread admits to taking her calorie count down to less then 500 herself, so I guess Ney's leader is a dummy, too! And why did Lameke take her calories so low??? Because KIMMER told her to! There's no reasoning with the unreasonable.

Here's some gems from the past, all posted here on the Ask Kimmer thread. I just randomly went thru and you know what? Every single post makes me angry. Everything she has ever posted is all a lie. Every single word. It makes me SNATTY to think I ever believed a word out of her mouth.

I tend to eat pretty much the same stuff every day.

Breakfast: None or 1 egg omelette w/ veggies & ham
Snack: Yogurt (100 cal Dannon) and/or fruit
Lunch: Green salad w/ grilled chicken (or something similar)
Snack: Fruit (banana, pear, grapes or ?)
Dinner: Lean protein, 2-3 veggies (occasional potato or corn)

Once in a while a small dessert, but sweets are a problem area for me so I tend to not keep them in the house. Treats I bake for my foster sons are in a size that has no leftovers, LOL!

I don't use Fitday for myself very often, but when I do check I'm running around 1200-1400 calories, 70-100 carbs. This seems right for 118 lbs and a non-exerciser.

Kimmer, I hope this hasn't been asked before...

On maintenance how often do YOU weigh yourself?

Every day. I give myself +3 pounds, although a snug fitting pair of jeans will tell me even sooner.
I realize scale obsession (especially my personality), but it's so much easier to deal with losing a quick 2-3 pounds than weeks long 20-30.

Sweets are my down fall. Not candy so much (although I'll avoid someone's office if there's an open See's candy box on their desk, LOL), but desserts, cakes, brownies ... you bet.

I don't have a magic answer on what to do. I wish I did because it would help so many.

I still cannot keep certain foods in the house, but I like wearing size 6 jeans so it's a small price to pay. I do bake treats for my boys a couple times a week, but I'm very careful to make only enough for each kid to have a large serving and no leftovers. None for me, thanks, that's not how I want to blow 70 carbs!

This poster got off easy - at the beginning of July, my mother had a permanent ileostomy for this very reason. Basically, her small bowel just gave out in several places where she had diverticula, and after receiving 18 units of blood in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the hemorrhaging, the surgeon had to go in and operate big-time.

I'm not saying this to scare anyone, but to remind them about the gravity of what can occur. I am also urging anyone who's been on Kimkins and who's had any of the symptoms described by anyone on this thread to see their doctor, document what has happened, and join the class action suit. Don't forget to save the receipts from any co-pays, doctors' fees, prescriptions, parking, income lost as a result of illness, etc. as this should be part of your settlement.
