I sincerely think she felt that no one would dig deep enough to find the fake success stories, that this would all blow over and she'd be able to continue on as is. Remember, she had the whole "Sale of the company" exit strategy already set up.

I'm also remembering something from the information from her ex that said that Brandon was dragged into the whole thing. If his name is on everything does she have any liability? Is he under 18? This type of stuff you need a lawyer to clarify. And I am NOT a lawyer. Heck, I don't even know how old Brandon is and I'm sure it's been mentioned here a few million times.

Tippy can scrub all day long eliminating all the False Advertising, etc..But, the fact remains that it DID exist on the site when Kimmer took in those 40,000 new members thanks to WW magazine. So, I would think that no matter who owns the site..(cough, cough), that Heidi
Diaz will still be liable for those 40,000 memberships and giving them BACK their money when the FTC contacts them..Don't you agree??

If she attempts that in court, she'd be asked to produce Kimmer, under oath. (Not that the oath would mean anything to her) If Kimmer and Heidi were real...Kimmer would let Heidi take the fall for her? In real life, if there was a Heidi and Kimmer, you can bet that Heidi would happily turn over her "friend" that put her in that position.

if the Judge grants the lawsuit class action status everybody who is or was a memeber of KIMKIN. com will be granted whatever award the case results in unless the member or former member excludes themselves from the judgement in writing.

I didn't even know my car insurance company was being sued but got a letter from saying I was intitled to part of the settlement. so even those folk on the sit who are in denial about the whole thing as in I'm just there for the support of my friends( anybody thinking about those 3 no evil monkeys there) will get something.

When everybody has an 'alter ego' (aka, nickname) on the internet BB's, why would anyone believe that Kimmer and Heidi are two separate people? Especially since she made a point way back when of identifying herself as Heidi Kimberly Diaz on these very boards?
