I agree 400 calories is too low. But it's not anyone's fault. We have never hung a calorie number on any plans except the veggie option because we didn't want calories to be a concern. I'm all for diligent and passionate. But I don't think you have to be a hypocrite to be diligent, passionate, or successful. I guess there are a lot of people here that disagree with me on that and think that, apparently, hypocrisy is needed to accomplish the goal of this group.

Yes, what evidence do you have of Ducky perpetrating a fraud? I'm certainly not going to defend anyone who has stolen from innocent and vulnerable people by lying and deceiving them. If you're going to make insinuations, why don't you post some evidence? Or are you just trying to deflect some of the anger towards Kimmer? You can't just throw out accusations without proof. There's plenty of proof against Kimmer.

What is hypocritical? It's one thing to say that people on this group have been mean to poor Kimmer and Tippy and the rest, but do you know the definition of a hypocrit? Can you cite any evidence of this hypocracy?

Im no detective, but my husband I did live in Germany for 2 years when he was in the service and these are a few things I "see" in these photos that give me an idea they are from Europe. 1# is they are kind of stuck in the 1980s fashionwise, the hair and the clothing. Look at Elizabeths shorts, cuffed with stripes. Look for tucked in shirts, high waisted pants. Raquel, that wallpaper is so European. I never saw one painted wall when I lived there, everyone had flowery wallpaper, sheers with heavy drapes. Gretchen, same. In Celestes after photo, that looks like the Schranks they use for closets over there. Many of the buildings date back centuries, before closets became popular so everyone uses these ornate Schranks to keep their clothing and household goods in. Al is sitting with some electric plugs behind him. In Europe they use 220 current and that plug/wire behind him looks just like what they had when we were there. Theyre not flat wires like our tv, fan, lamp wires, theyre round with a roundish plug. Just my 2 cents worth. good job so far everyone!

I'm sorry you feel people here are Mean. I for one have never done the KK woe, but my sister had, which makes me just as mad as everyone here. This thread is for HEALING and for UNCOVERING lies. Does it not bother you that Kimkins is just a made up plan and that "the Kimmer' is not a real person? I do and so does everyone else here.

Everyone has to go through their own helaing process. This process includes ANGER! Everyone that has been affected by this fraud has a right to feel angry! It truly pains me and I'm sure I can speak on behalf of most people here that it hurts to see those on the "inside" still not "getting it". Those people do get talked about because A) it is frustrating for us when we are so badly trying to help those get away from the scam and B) it brings up feelings when many on here felt the same denial. It is all apart of the healing process.

This thread is about the Kimmer but those that are blindly following her despite the very compelling revelation of the scam behind Kimkins is truly sad. If they want to perpetuate a scam then they are no better than the Kimmer herself.

Please do not compare the board here to the board there. I do not feel scared to write anything here for being banned. If I do write something that is against TOS I get warnings, not banned unlike all those here that were banned of KK. Some that were banned form KK didn't even post anything bad at all! So please do not compare what you do not know about.

I hope that you will one day realize for yourself what is going on there, and please know that whenever you are ready heal then please join the masses of others healing here.

Identity in Heidi's case relates to the whole of Kimkins, because the initial claim that got the whole thing going was that SHE did the diet without ill effects and lost 198 in less than a year. It's all about identity when it comes to Kimmer/Heidi.

Identity in Ducky's case is understood to be for "undercover" reasons. Whether the real Ducky is a similar criminal like Heidi, well, you don't know and I can't know. But if you want to investigate and start an anti-Ducky crusade, start a thread. Tell us what bogus plan he or she is propagating and how many have developed medical symptoms and eating disorders and how many fake pics he or she have passed around to lure people into a VLCD.

But that is NOT the issue. And YOU know it's not the issue. And perhaps you even know that YOU are the one missing the point and pointedly so.

How on earth are you trying to campare DUCKY to KIMMER??? This makes my head spin. Did Ducky start a website on false claims, take peoples money and endangered lived??? Ummm, I'll answer that for you - NO! 'Ducky' is just there to help uncover TRUTH and to document it for all to see. How on earth is that the same as The Kimmer? Ducky is not claiming a diet that has made them weigh 118 lbs for years nor is asking for people's money to find out how - PUHHHLEEEZZZZ!!! I could go on and on but what's the point? Everyone should have decent legal representation. The failure to get said representation when you are obviously financially able to, does seem to indicate a certain level of awareness that you may be breaking the law and at fault.

Honestly, I followed her plan for two weeks and ended up at the dr's office getting an ekg because of non-specific chest pains, and this is prior to my hearing about the side effects of Kimkins. I went to the dr because I had never had issues and had a family history of heart problems. Kimkins probably had nothing to do with this, this is why I'm not on the lawsuit. However the timing was right on the money for someone who'd never had any issues.

I don't need you to explain to me your "obvious" points. I'm fairly clued in. I am willing to listen to debate. You have the right to your opinion, I have the right to my opinion. Both opinions have been formed by the information we have assimilated on the subject and the people we have spoken with. Obviously, your information bank differs from mine as we are on opposite sides of this debate. This does not in any way invalidate either one of our opinions. Debate provides me with information I may not have had prior and provides you with information you may not have had prior. Dismissing my points as "mob mentality" issues does you a disservice if you are representing yourself as a disinterested party. Rather than disappering from the scene, maybe bringing your information with you might work better.

BTW, I belive I have stated before. I am not a lawyer, I don't even play one on TV. I'm a DBA, I manage data.

Well, it is with a HEAVY heart that I report to BANNED camp this morning. Yes, I now have the "yellow pawn of death" as my av at KK's.

Anyways, with your support and kind hearts, I will attempt to soldier on and try to live without the wonderful and oh so helpful, caring advice of SL and Tippy. Not to mention my good "friend" Kimmer.
