2big4mysize, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

I clicked the link in HoneyBee2's siggy and got this

I have quit posting, just reading lately because of the bannings that happen daily for just asking questions. I was so pleased with this website when I first joined (thought the $60 was a little steap when so many other forums are FREE), but it turned ugly and I have to agree that the all the 'power plays' going on have taken away from me wanting to post and have fun.

If we decided we do not like the new ownership and the attacks to do not calm down, may we ask for a refund. This is not what we signed on for - it really is like being in the twilight zone (not a good one).

I feel like I have been scammed, not only did I pay my $60, I encrouaged my daughter to join and paid her $60 also. She does not post anymore either because of fear she will be taken out of context or banned for just asking the wrong question.

I agree, we deserve to know more details.

Again, please don't ban me, I paid to be here just like everyone else.

Gina I was just about to say that, I don't remember her saying she was gonna get some sleep. I picture the poor girl sitting in front of her computer pictures of russian brides taped all around the wall, her poor head smashed into the keyboard with a plate of cheese crisps near her and a dart board with a pic of heidi on it.

Any guesses as to how long it takes for them to delete this post - and ban the one who posted it? (assuming it hasn't been done already, that is!)

does anyone know if people are getting refunded? seems appropriate considering like 75 percent of the success stories were fakes. I'm think of filing with paypal for a refund. Has anyone resorted to this?

many haver filed with paypal for refunds and some are disputing through their credit carb file cause the more that do the more likely paypal is to freeze the account.
there is also a class action law suit you can join. Kimkinslawsuit’s Weblog 3rd story dowen has the info for the lawsuit

OK overnight I reworked the Kimkins Controversy entry on Wikipedia again to fit with some of their recommendations. Picky bunch, that Wikipedia crowd! But a couple of admins there have very kindly taken me by the hand and helped with some of the coding & suggested changes to improve it by Wiki standards.

Technically the article still needs some formatting work to conform to Wikipedia "norms" - BUT! As of eeearly this morning, THE DELETE TAGS HAVE NOW BEEN REMOVED!

PLEASE feel free to head over to Wikipedia and participate in the editing of this article! If anybody has the text of the old article (Thanks Catherine for your info on Martin's part in that) please let me know & I'll provide contact info so you can send it to me - let me know by reply on this thread (I've not enough posts here to PM yet).

Heidi. The voice of Kimmer is the voice of Heidi. Listen to Jimmy Moore's
podcast if you have any doubt. He called the same number he called to
interview Kimmer, and got the exact same person, with the same voice, and
Kimmer tried to pretend she never heard of anybody named Jimmy Moore,
and wasn't Heidi, and then hung up on him. You can hear it for yourself.

Then, there are all the fake success stories and stolen pictures from
Russian mail- order women sites. It's all over the news now. The
Woman's World picture was phony. 'Vanessa' was phony. Almost all the success
stories are phony. Of the ones that are real, most of them are gone
from here now, too - they saw through Kimmer and complained, and got
banned.

Really, now. Let's face it. Kimmer has broken the law, and the law is
closing in on her. She has either run off and left us, or she's trying
to hide her connection and still get money behind the scenes. She lied
about so much --- how can we believe her at all anymore? How do we even
know for sure that this diet really is safe, and we won't end up very
sorry later?

Anyway, do we want to be part of a lie? Isn't honesty and integrity
worth something. Do we want to be part of making this site work for the
next person to get scammed or harmed? We can lose weight somewhere else.

It just doesn't feel right here anymore. It never will again. Too much
stuff has happened. A diet site shouldn't feel like a war zone. There
are lots of other sites we can go to where it's not so weird and crazy.

Well, It's official, I've been banned. Can't imagine why. Oh, maybe it was my recent post which I'm sure was deleted immediately, so I was smart enough to cut and paste it to share!!

So let's see...

*A site that promised direct access to "Kimmer" is no longer providing access to her
*An ebook that turned into an ePage
*Phony success stories with pics actually taken from Russian Bride Sites (most of which were magically erased within hours of its discovery)
*Several Admins and PR people that hit the high road

I'm sure there is plenty more that I am missing, feel free to fill in the blanks.

This is no longer a matter of whether Kimkins works or not, it is the cherade that is being played. As others have said, this is not what I signed on for. So for those requesting a refund, what is the outcome going to be~ ignoring emails is not a solution!

How long do you really think you can leave everyone in the dark??
