okay here goes..........Remember this morning I brought the ketosis sticks and tonight I wanted to try one out.

Tonight as I ummmm urinated in a disposable cup I noticed it was like umm NOT clear lets say and I was like...

I drank 3 bottles of 33.8 ounces of water today and the urine has the NERVE to have color in it? lawrd you should be clear dang it!

I began to yell at the urine cup... change dang it change colors! LOL

my son knocked on the door and asked: mom you okay?

and I said yes baby, just talking to my pee

lmaoooooooooooooooooo too funny

Needless to say I did not use a ketosis strip on my urine cause ya know... at $13.99 a box, NO I didnt want to waste it. LOL

I will try again in a day or two... right now I want to concentrate on getting my urine to be a clear or clear-ish color...

okay I admit I like my urine to be mostly clear and if its not... then ya know... to me... its an indication of needing more water to flush the system out clean LOL rinse and repeat. LOL

sorry, just in a happy silly mood tonight and just wanted to share with you guys.

ya know .. its REALLYYYYYYYYYY nice having someone to talk to.. who really relates.

It's the actual post. Although graphics and some colors don't come across. There's also a line limit but it has to be pretty long to get cut off.

I'd bet there are levels of subscription and you can go for instant notification or daily notification and daily is sent out at a certain time every day with copies of all the posts in each topic in a seperate email
