Some have gotten refunds, some haven't, I would dispute it with your CC company and/or paypal, send them all the current info on Kimkins, including the information on the KTLA report. Keep your complaint about the facts, that you have not received what you paid for, the product is not as advertised. If you sent a check your only bet is joining the law suit, sorry I don't have the link but I know someone does, its everywhere , nice to meetya

I thought , okay this is embarrassing but true. I thought I could say whatever I wanted to say, whenever I wanted to say it, including cursing people out who seemed to be against the plan or kimmer in any shape or form......... until I got a rude awakenning one day and was corrected by SingingLass in a post. Okay to be honest, my first reaction was anger at being corrected and how dare someone tell me how to talk and when to talk and my curse word (foul language) was edited by someone else, not me. Naturally I was pissed. I took it as a control issue and an invasion of privacy, etc. After all I had been speaking my mind and cursing up a storm in my journal for a long time and no one said a word.. by the way I deleted the contents of my journal "diary of a big black woman" on my own for several reasons, one of which was a lot of cursing in it and I started a new journal called: " fawn's journey"

To be honest, it wasnt until a few days later that I realized that she was correct to warn me that I was crossing the line so to speak and cursing was not a behavior that was acceptable on this website. Actually truth be told... I thought SingingLass was pretty nice about it to give me a warning in a post and after realizing that even though I have freedom of speech.. it dosent mean I can come across disrespectful to other people and curse them out for whatever reason because there is no justification for using foul language and stuff. Sad but true... I learned that at age 51. so now I am more careful now when I speak in open forums and even careful in my journey because I really like the people here and dont want to be like kicked out because I "choose" not to control my mouth at times, but to focus on the positive.. at least I am learning now and will continue to learn to speak more respectfully to people in an open forum.

eske, I do tend to talk a LOT for real. I really dont mean any harm, sincerely I dont. My previous journal here was called: Diary of a black woman and it was practically a book because I wrote pages and pages of a post. I have NEVER learned the art or skill of Keep it short and simple like we learned in college and I apologize for that and for making you or anyone feel uncomfortable in any way for real eske.

I honestly dont know what to say about the other stuff you shared but I at least wanted to share with you that it is truly and honestly never my intention to menopolize the conversation or steer the conversation elsewhere... except for the positive of course... but still I honestly ... well .. I am just trying to say I am sorry for hurting your feelings or making you feel uncomfortable for real eske.

I will also confess openly to you that I have OCD.
OCD means obessessive compulsive disorder.
OCD in regard to me is like ummm just over doing things like writing long posts, being extremely organized to an obbession and its really honestly and truly hard to control and its a part of who I am. I take medications for it and my behaviors have improved.

Now, of course, I think we all understand why the Ask Kimmer thread was going to be locked yesterday, we just weren't told at the time there would be no more Kimmer. Now it is unlocked, after being locked again last night for awhile. I think asked one of questions that may have spurred on the admins or new owners or whoever to reopen the thread, but of course now we know it wasn't Kimmer there answering, despite the numerous direct questions as to who was answering. If is isn't Kimmer answering, shouldn't that be clarified, even though you will then have to deal with the questions and frustrated members?"

Very few got a refund due to it "being electronic media". If you signed up in the last 3 months or so, you might have luck with your credit card company.
