I am just wondering why anyone would buy a company/website/diet while so much controvery is surrounding it and legal action being threatened. Who in their right minds would want that headache?
I would understand if the ownership was changed before the controversy but to me it just seems too unreal to believe that after the video blogs I have seen and the civil action suit I have heard about on here that all of a sudden the ownership changed and Kimmer will only be available through an e-mail account. An account that anyone with a password can have access to and reply to e-mails in her name.
This is definitely NOT what I signed up for.
I have been trying to stay out of the controversy but I really do believe that something is not right with this site.
It used to be a safe and supportive place but having a cloud of deception over it makes people uneasy and want to go other places.

I am GLAD I joined because I learned about the low carb way of eating but I was unable to continue with this diet due IBS. Now that I have no other reason to come here (all my group is pretty much gone because of the issues surrounding this site) I am left with a membership that is worthless to me.
I don't know if I will be banned for speaking my mind but I hope that people understand the importance of integrity and honesty and leadership. I don't feel it is present on this site any longer.
Too many questions are going unanswered and too many people are going elsewhere for support. This is definitely NOT what I wanted when I joined."

I did!! The sleep deprivation took over and then due to the drool on the keyboard I had some circuit issues. But I have a staff of IT guys that are at starbucks right now with their bottoms hanging out of their hospital gowns, working on getting me some coffee.....errrr.......I mean working on getting my system back-up and running more efficiently. Oh and remember they do all this for free.

I would also like to add that I do not hate Fawn, far from it, I feel sorry for her. I can't honestly believe she's real, but if she is I just feel sorry for her. Her need/want to lose weight is overshadowing her knowledge of right and wrong, and that makes me again, sad. What happened to loving yourself? What happened to being happy with who you are inside and out.

And Fawn, if you are reading which I am sure you are, if you make ugly comments to people that doesn't make you the sweet woman you are trying to portray. Someone new coming in and asking a question being met with ugliness BY YOU, helps nothing, other than to prove to others that deep down it is only YOU who matters, and no one else. ya dig?

I have a question for those who were on this site with Kimmer and followed her over to her new site in April '06. Did any of you ever wonder where the success stories came from in the beginning when she just started the site? Or did the success stories only come out with the new site in June with the influx of new people? Just wondering...

OK, hold down the fort...don't want to see another 60 pages today when I return...I'll continue looking for red dress when I get back this afternoon too. Thinks for the links in advance so we do not duplicate. However, I did look in June too when I first joined as Kimmer and I got into it over it right in the beginning. It does help to have all the new ideas from here though.

She might have registered in April but the site was started in June 2006. There were no success stories in the beginning - except kimmer's of course.

Then once she got pregnant... she sort of disappeared.... only stopping in occasionally after that.

She was very sweet. I truly hope she is eating healthy and has a healthy baby.

I agree Mariasol... wasn't Amy (Cutie's) the first success story posted other than Hidey's? When I joined in December 06.... Cutie was not quite to goal yet.... it was around the first of the year maybe? when her story was posted... and I don't think she was really at goal yet.... almost, but not quite. And maybe Ixtapacheryl's story too... I think they were the very first ones posted... way before the new site came up in May.
