Yes it is, and yes my contact is a smart girl/guy for figuring it out.

Here's the thing though a month ago she was upset that she couldn't follow plan, now it seems she is trying to follow plan and her family is mad. Um...YOU THINK?

Think of the others coming to that site for help who read your lies, it's making it ok to them. I am also new, day 3 for me and I have lost 7 lbs. I know this diet works b/c it is really just common sense. I, too, am sickened if Kimmer is a fake. If that is the reality she should have to refund money and I think what she did constitutes white collar crime and should be accountable. BUT I joined for the support, the recipes, the people and just the community in general on this site so I hope it stays up. If Kimmer is fake, then shame on you and I hope you experience what you deserve and realize respect has been lost for you by many. As for those who worked the plan and lost and are now wanting money back and bad mouthing the plan, shame on you too, that makes you just as fake as her. Yes you lose hair and yes if you only eat 200 calories a day then you will get sick. Looking at the sample eating plan, it far exceeds that amount and obviously you have some emoitional issues with eating, and that is on you and not on this plan so be an adult and admit that you were the failure, not the plan.

I have yet to figure out how categories work on Wikipedia, but in the meantime, I am advised by an admin there that it takes approximately 48 hours for new articles to be indexed by Wikipedia & search engines. This article just went up last night, so hopefully by tomorrow night it will come up when users type "Kimkins" into Wikipedia's search engine.

They do move around...keeps us on our toes!!!

Most often I just type the codes in, rather than clicking on them, because I'm already typing, it's faster to do that than grab the mouse and find the smilie I have in mind, because it's never where I think it will be...

Thank you McLurky!! I haven't had a chance to assist you with anything because I have been busy trying to get a Russian Bride and I mean that in the best way! I do think using wikipedia is a brilliant idea and worthwhile for EVERYONE who is concerned about getting the word out about Kimkins.
Again thank you for coming out of the lurk mode to full fledged "Negative Nancy" or "Nick" if that applies.

Yep! That always happens, but it keeps us on our toes.

You can actually type in the name of the smilie with a : on either side though. That's what I do most of the time.
