"Dr." Mark is responding to questions that are being posted. The two I have read are about the hair loss issue and being cold. Nowhere does he ask them what they are eating or to post a typical menu w/calories. He doesn't even ask them their age.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I think my fiancee thinks I am having an online affair because I am hooked on reading these kimkins posts, even late at night on the weekends! I would love to ask my professor about this. The legal issues are numerous here. Not only did she have deceptive business practices by lying about who she was, and the weight she lost, this would be certainly be fraud in civil court, among other things. However, what GLARES at me in terms of liability is breach of contract issues. You were promised "Lifetime Membership"...And this getting kicked off, come on! And for things you are posting on other sites, what is she the KGB??

That isn't surprising. it doesn't matter what I tell my doctor, he never asks me what I've been eating or if I'm getting enough water.
Maybe he and "Dr Mark" went to the pub...uh, I mean school.

That might explain the Russian bride pictures. And welcome! I've often thought this whole thing would make an interesting fact pattern for a law school exam. Of course the students would think the prof was nuts for coming up with it.

At that time was she promoting it as I am "kimmer" and this is my website or was it more of her trolling as a person who is happy with the kimkins plan?

When I told my boss (an MD) that I was using an OD for my GP, his first comment was, "Well, you know she's not a REAL doctor, don't you? OD's don't become MD's because they can't get into medical school." Yeah, my boss is a tool. That OD was the BEST doctor I ever had.

I spoke to my brother today who is a lawyer. I had told him previously about all of this and was updating him. He was cracking up but he did say that Heidi will still be held responsible even if she sold the company since she commited fraud. He also said that if there are new owners and they continue it (fraud and such) then they all will be held responsible. I'm sure this has been brought up before but I didn't see it posted.

You have to think that had she put in as much time and effort on actually working her own diet and tweaking it to make it healthy as she did searching out Russian bride sites for bogus success stories and creating fake diet menus she herself never followed, she may have both made this diet a real success AND actually lost weight herself in the process!

Compare her calories/carbs with the supposed weight losses on the graph on the bottom of her pages. Look at the great length she went to trick us that her diet made her thin. SO many discrepancies!! Look at how low her calories are THIS year, and she gave us this FitDay link to "encourage" us so that we too could be THIN like her. All we had to do was just read & follow her lead! Compare the weight losses to what she said in her recent KK homepage (the one she deleted) about her starting weight and ending weight. She simply couldnt keep it straight, thank God this was a PUBLIC page! This sick woman put in 6 YEARS of bogus reports on her fitday, I think this speaks mountains about her mental state. This is a SHOUT OUT to any KK members reading this. Go to her FitDay Journal, look at what she encouraged us to follow. Look at the LIES she spoon fed us.

Anyone who posted about diet, weight loss, low carb etc., she would pop in and make a reply as if she was just a consumer with good info and she would include a link.
That was part of the viral marketing that Catherine had already told her not to do and it was a breach of their contract. She literally spammed yahoo with her tripe.
Yahoo was made aware and banned her and pulled all of her posts.
Just 1 or 2 months ago.

This is right up my Torts prof's alley! He is as nutty as they come, but brilliant. I must say, Heidi sure did find a scheme, didn't she? Preying on those of us desperate to lose weight. I wonder if the IRS knows about the million or so she made. And I would think liability could be imputed on WW, since they didn't check her out like they should have. They put her on the cover, wrote this huge article about her, and ACCEPTED pics through the email, because she is some kind of recluse? Come on.
