It wasn't registered as Kimkins in CA. That doesn't mean that it wasn't registered under a different name or that it wasn't registered in a different state. People incorporate in different states all the time. I'm not sure if I've read this anywhere, but does anyone know for sure that she's not incorporated? She'd be a fool not to be, but it's Kimmer we're talking about here. Just might just be arrogant enough to think she doesn't need the legal protection a corporation can provide.

I have to agree that she's too greedy to let go of a money-making enterprise that stroked her ego. I think, for Heidi/Kimmer, having the adoration of it all, like a cult leader, and the power trip probably were comparable to the moolah. Being an advisor, well, is that a way to keep the Power Ego thing going?

I've pretty much dumped SingingLass in with Tippy now. I had a glimmer of hope that she wasn't a corrupted insider. I have lost that hope. She's too glib and cheery even after the news reports and such. Maybe she got a big bonus. I wonder if propping up evil regimes is good for the diaphragmatic breath action...?

Hmm, I wonder if she incorporated in Delaware since that's popular choice. Although, Nevada has really been pushing to increase their corporations lately. I still maintain that a corporate shield would not protect someone who conducts their business fraudulently.

Okay, so I know you all must have seen the KTLA broadcast by now. I am so out of the loop (like seriously, 14 hour days for the past 2 weeks, and no time to get on the computer when I have 180 kids coming in and out of my room).

So, I know you've seen it. But did you all discuss the fact that it was the TOP STORY? I Tivo'd it because I saw a mention of it on kkexposed last night -- so I just now watched it (the second installment) 3 times. Yes, 3 times. And while it was all just amazing to see (LOVE you HBGirl and Christin!) I just really couldn't get over, "and now our TOP STORY, "the Kimmer." LOL on the addition of "the" btw. Everytime he said it I just cracked up
