I'm hoping Heidi Diaz / Kimmer is also named in the lawsuit. It would be sweet because she could no longer hide behind the corporate shield. And when push comes to shove don't you think the Kimkims lawyers are going to try and divert all the blame to its founder, Kimmer? If she's not represented by the same lawyers - and why would she be if she's no longer affiliated with Kimkins - then she's ON HER OWN.

I'm not sure you could sell a company that doesn't legally "exist." They could be forming what ever legal entity they are choosing now though.

I really don't think whatever wrangling is going on right now will be enough to protect Heidi or her personal assets.

ETA: But I don't know why Heidi would start doing business in a legitimate manner now. So she probably did sell it.

Any lawyer should be very wary of having her for a client. You can't help your clients perpetrate a fraud.

So for the ones of us who are still here..maybe alittle more explanation could be made. Is it a bi secret who owns the site now? Also ...the e-mail says nothing will change..yet the admin says Kimmer will not post anymore...well..um..that is a change.
For myself..I would like to know who owns the site and or who is in charge. Cause ya never know when there is a issue we may need to contact them .....

What do you mean hurting their health? Why? You will learn here how to listen to your body. You are going to decarb and detox your body. You will lose weight at your pace, if you want it fast go fast, if you want it in slower manner... just go slower. The critics of Kimkins are mainly people moved by ignorance, arrogance and jealosy, I had to conclude in my humble opinion. Nobody puts a calorie limit, nobody puts a gun in your neck. And you will find here a bounch of information. Don't put toxins in your brains reading negative commentaries. What you do mean with fraud??? I lost all my weight and so did hundreds of people. And on maintanaince I went vegetarian and raw. And I am not criticizing Kimkins or trashing Kimkins diet for that. I am very thankfull to Kimkins, and I will recommend it to many people too. The SAD diet (Standard American Diet) is far more dangerous than ANY low carb/ low fat diet.
