Those of you that have your stories and posts still over there should do the Cease and Desist thingie that KimATC did.

I was thinking the same thing. Add to that - I was wondering if she actually had these fictitious people posting on her website..... If so - that's more composing. No wonder she is glued to her chair day in and day out! How on earth can you keep their personalities straight?

I agree - she is obligated to remove everything on her website if she has been put on notice. I also think Christin should request her stuff be removed from her "my space" site..... I thought I saw the cover of the WW magazine posted there.

Just make a copy of my letter and send it to her ASAP. If I were you I would want everything removed.

FYI- I have asked Kimmer to remove my pictures and story... she politely replied from heididiaz's email.. that she'd be happy to show my signed model release form (yep.. I actually signed one back in May)... to my lawyer... so.. now it's up to him.

Funny.. she signed her email replying to me as Danielle...the new admin!!!

I'd like to find out if there are any ties between the Russian mail order bride business and the "Russian Mafia." They are some very ruthless people. Maybe Heidi should have been a little more careful and done more research before taking photos that don't belong to her from those sites.
