Because you get to like try new things, and the plan like helps you discover what your limits and boundaries are and stuff.. discoveries of how to reach your goals safely and effective and GREAT advice all the time with people sharing knowledge and bonding with one another.

Something to think about in the future in case you are interested

I started a weight loss challenge titled "October Challenge" (by Tracy) - I absolutely feel like I abandoned those girls over there. Will someone please let them know that I was banned from the site. It's been really weighing heavy on my heart.
