Ok, been trying to follow all of this and was reading on another blog site, Medusa (I think) and someone there was saying that the "red dress" lady is dead. If that's the case, how low!

Thankyou Catherine for all the work you and your husband have done to reveal the truth about this awful person. The P.I. did an awesome job too. Hopefully it won't be long until she is finally shut down for good. I also hope she has to pay back all the people she's ripped off and that she does some serious jail time---withOUT computer and internet access! AND without her wig....

I believed that the diet worked and I saw so many people losing weight with it that the idea of faking stories would have been ludicrous.

I thought Heidi was a mean, manipulative, lying piece of work by the time our partnership was over. But even then I still thought she was thin and I still believed that she had foster kids. When I saw the red dress lady in June of 2007 something clicked. It had to be fake and if that picture was fake how much else was fake?

People have doubted and criticized me at times throughout the fascination threads, especially in the beginning when most of this was speculation. When Martin and I decided to go public with the story and try to find out the truth I knew we would deal with some of that and I have tried to have a thick skin about it. But really, I think it has been much harsher at times than was warranted because most of you do not "know" me. However, Jimmy Moore, Becky, and Cutie do know me and I think they will all agree that they have no reason to believe I was in on the deception. Heidi lied to me just like she lied to them.

If you have any questions, go ahead and ask them and if I can answer them I will.

Thank you for the info. All I have to add is that the ONLY truly disinterested party in this whole mess is the PI. He vouches for your integrity so to me, that's all that matters.

I am sorry you are dealing with the health issues and I can totally relate to the problems after Kimkins. I did the diet as well.
Know that you are not alone and let that doctor know that you were basically starving so they can pursue treating the malnutrition.

I can`t believe all of the sruff that you guys have gotten overnight. I saw the tv broadcast and was wondering if she is being investigated why hasn`t the goverment stepped in and close her down. They know the diet is not safe and that she is commiting fraud and using other peoples photos and stating that they have lost weight on Kimkins. I would think that they would close her down.....Mel

Everyone here is so great. It's good to know I wasn't the only one who was sucked into her lies. Looking back I feel really stupid.

I can't tear myself away from this thread though. My house is a total wreck, sink is full of dishes, no one has anything to wear, can't remember last time I fed the dog. I push the kids out the door with a poptart and I'm back here all day long.

I try to tell my husband about it and he just looks at me like I've lost my mind.

I've been re-reading some past posts and have seen it posted that Heidi probably wouldn't face jail time ....

NEWSFALSH - considering the amount of money she has raked in, she could be charged with FELONY THEFT. This is a jailable crime.

Not to mention copyright infringement, stolen identity, and advertising fraud.
