Its been a week since I have been away and it seems like forever.

Ya know sometimes when in your journey you think its greener on the other side?

well I discovered something along that journey of expansion and discovery lets say, smiles.

I learned that excess grease/fat grosses me out BIG time and MOST importantly I missed CLEAN eating.

By clean eating I mean I missed doing kimkins because its clean. Low fat, low carbs.. that kinda clean eating.

I tried something else and can admit when I made an error. Now fawn is back to healthier eating

So I decided to forgive myself and come back to what I know is best for me.

I am going to join a new challenge here, hopefully they will accept me there.

When she "left" kimkins, she didn't say anything negative, so I guess they didn't bother banning her.


Still doesn't mean heidi or one of the others didn't post under her name, though.
