This is the part that is distressing to me, from THe Dog House in Tippy's response: The very same admins who were giving me advice and telling me NOT to use Kimkins had regained a lot of weight back. (Not all but most had) Worse, many never changed stats or removed the “after” pics either. I wanted to cry. I had believed them… And yes I did take pics at both gatherings and no I will not show them. I will not be taking the same path as the haters. That would be wrong.

This is me: TIPPY DID ANY OF THE ADMINS AT LCF ASK YOU TO PAY $60 TO FOLLOW THEM AND TO GET THEIR ADVICE AND FOLLOW THEIR PLAN?!?!? I AM BETTING NO!!!!!!!!! one other glaring distinction between the admins here and Heidi (or whatever she is calling herself these days IS THAT THEY ACTUALLY WENT OUT TO A BBQ OR OTHER GATHERING THEY DID NOT HIDE THEMSELVES AND STILL TRY TO KEEP A FACADE OF BEING A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THEY WERE BY NOT ATTENDING FUNCTIONS. And can someone tell Tippy (about her comment to doggygirl) that what she is saying is totally missing the point of all this. Go somewhere else and help people if you feel you must, but leave the name kimkins behind. It represents the worst kind of fraud there is in my mind. The taking advantage of desperate people. Kimkins dieters will never be able to keep their weight off, they will struggle just like the admins at LCF and all of us do. What she is telling them to do is not a solution for life.

Hi everyone,

I am feeling a little better today, thanks to all of you who held me up in prayer. My doctor did look into the diet very well, and though my electrolytes are within normal range, the low fat had thrown my hormones off. I kept attributing this to normal menopausal swings.I started several weeks ago to add back some carbs but was scared to add back in fats or ANY sugars. My friend offered me a strawberry and I reacted as if it was a spider. My reaction to a piece of fruit made me realize that I had taken on an un-healthy view of food. I was scared to tweak the plan too much or I may stop losing, so I ignored the warning signs (mental) that I knew as a nurse I should be listening to. I was hospitalized over the weekend, and I do not know if it had anything to do with the WOE or not. I am still undergoing tests. I have now started to add back fruit and healthy whole grains. I still do not eat high fat or refined sugars or white flour. I am trying to keep my calories to approx 1200. I know that is a lot for this program, but it is healthier for me. I am also praying that God heals my view of food. I have gone the gammet of both extreems ( both equally unhealthy).

I have been e-mailing with some of you, so my next statement will not come as much of a shock. I feel I need to move away from my association with the kimkins plan. I have been praying and agonizing about this decision for awhile. I love all of you and you have been a tremendous support for me, hence my reluctance to leave. I have debated back and forth over the current cotroversies and feel that as a Christian and a Nurse that I can no longer support what is happening. I did not peek my head out of my own groups to discover what was happening till recently, and do not seek advice from kimmer. After kimmer denied she was Heidi Diaz, I went back on my own to several of her past posts both here and in other sites and discovered for myself where she made comments refering to herself as Miss Heidi. I do not care that she is heavy. A lot of people can give good advice concerning weight loss, non-smoking, etc and never take their own advice ( I do as a nurse many times) but, I do not condone being deceptive about it or representing myself as any thing different then who I am. If you believe in the program then back it! If I believe it works AND is healthy then I would be defending it tooth and nail against the latest controversy. The problems arised when what people thought of her became more important than what she thought of the people who were doing her program. I am not a hater so please do not lable me with that, I do feel hurt for what she is facing now, and how it will effect her and her family. I just can't stay in my own groups and pretend that some of the advice being given and the deceptivness is not happening.

I know others have been kicked off for less than what I am posting now. I do not understand why admins have the power to read pm's or delete posts but I do know it is happening as I have already lost some friends. I feel that is a breech of trust and confidentiality. I will probably be officially booted off the site for this and will have no way of getting in touch with anyone that I do not have e-mails for so just know that I love you all and wish you the best. I am continuing my weight loss journey and will pray for those of you who have touched my life. I wish you all success on your goals to a healthier you. If you want to get in touch with me. SMP - I think we all in some way feel sorry for her because her life has to have been really sad for her to make up an imaginary fantasy life on line. A lot of other people do that too. But they don't go out and use that to scam and harm people. In the end we can feel sorry that she struggles with her weight (like we all do), but she knew what she was doing when she started charging for her fantasy advice.

I don't see SMPkins.com out there trying to make dishonest money, because you would never do that. So, for the grace of God, doesn't go you. You are nothing like her.
