Kiwi - I think you should really start with your doctor or a doctor who specializes in this kind of thing about this.
I know it is hard to go through the threads here trying to find information because I have been struggling with trying to find out what I need to know here, trying to read a lot of threads, etc., so if there are people out there reading this, that know what she needs to do, can you get in touch with Kiwi somehow and help her?
It can be discouraging trying to find the information on your own, and I don't think she has the time right now to spend a lot of time trying to find it. So please, can some people help her find what she needs?

I must be subscribed to every forum you posted your kimmer update. I have gotten over 20 e-mail notications with your post and the kimmer _link_s.
I think we owe it to Kimmer to give her a chance to speak to us about the video clips. It is not big secret that they are out there because you have posted all of them in every _link_. And I am sure there is no way this can be just swept under the carpet. Kimmer will want us to know what she has to say. She will want us to know the truth.
I am sure Kimmer wants to clear things up for those of us who are still here and want to belive in her and this site.
So let's stop posting the _link_s for a few minutes and give Kimmer and or the staff a chance to post to us.

Why would they delete this one? I'm talking it had a shelf life of about 2 nano seconds.

I think Tippy has known this for a long time. I think this is why her emphasis has always been that Heidi has a right to her private life. She wouldn't say that if she thought Kimmer had nothing to hide. Kimmer's success story was the first success story for the Kimkins diet and has always been front page for the diet (until this week! ). It has always been PUBLIC, NOT PRIVATE. It was the selling point for the diet.

the "need for privacy", "it doesn't matter what the founder of the diet did" is a "sweeping it under the rug" tactic.

again, I will say that Tippy tweaked the diet because Kimkins did not work for her. After 2 months she stalled. Just like she stalled on Atkins. as for the cycling.. who knows what the long term effects are? and why is Tippy still having to cycle? does she gain weight when she eats normally? Is this the future for Kimkins dieters? to never be able to eat a normal amount of calories?

better make that a gooooood supplement you take with the kimkins diet.

The news clip me of the “diet review” done by About.com which also only parrots the anti-Kimmer blogs. No medical review. No impartiality. Hundreds of pro-Kimkins members wrote to Laura Dolson (who was impressed with their intelligence she told me), but didn’t change her review at all.

I read this as she (the supposed Heidi) knows nothing about it. How is that possible when she (the supposed Heidi) is the one in the clip??? If she (Heidi) was the one who ran from the reporter, then she would know about it, no?

If that's the case , she's exploited Heidi and her relationship with HKD for MANY years now.
