I bet you are right about it not being the truth because now what person would not be concerned about a surgery if their brother died in a horrible hospital accident? She either was lying because he did die and she somehow used it for fraudulent purpose OR she was planting a seed for future fraud.
I hate that I sound cynical but when it comes to Heidi she has destroyed any rights to believability with me.

I was a Kimmer supporter, until the PI pics came out. At that time, I raised the white flag (to Tooter, anyways

). If his last name was Drake (her maiden name), there should be some record if he truly died in an accident. Surely there would have been a lawsuit - scam or not.
