I LIVE ON THE BOOT CAMP MENU..HELLO! VERY HAPPY

I really don't have anything to add but if you wanna ask a few questions I will try to answer.

No girlie questions and I don't want to know what you feel.

Most of my answers will be, if you are a man don't go below 800 cals if you are a woman don't go below 600. Take in a bit more fat if you START SEEING PROBLEMS before trashing the program Take the SUPPS that are recommended.
Set a goal weight of three to four pounds when you reach it have a meal of 500 cals over that to keep the body confused. The cells are smart but not that damn smart. The weight loss gurus make millions telling you that you will go into starvation mode if you drop a single cal below what they tell you. That's bullshit.

Throw the damn scale away and use the mirror, your clothes, and a tape measure as your weight loss bible. By the way I weighed at the doctors office the other day and their scale was off. I reset it for them but the nurse told me, " We drag that thing all over the office everyday so it's not our fault" . I started to go into a dialogue about what if it meant the difference between life and death but I was late for my testosterone shot. God I love those shots.

OMG! Is this some kind of insanity or what?
What gets me is the replys - "Oh, thanks for summing it up, I really needed a kick in the pants!" or "Wow, I really feel like more of an adult making my own choices after reading your post".

Step away from the koolaid people!!!

What happened to the success stories? What is happening to Kimmer's site? I LOVE THIS place, Kimmer, I don't know what's going on, but don't let the naysayers get to you! You know what works and so do we!! Please stay strong, I love your Blog, your helpful lists! Your Newsletters!! You've done a GREAT JOB!!!! Hang in there!

Kimmer - I'm right here!

We are renovating the front page. We needed more space on the top menu bar so some elements were removed. Success stories are still there in photo form on the right side and expanded to show 5 at a time. We'll be adding 3 new success stories this week!

The naysayers would love for me to chat on ... so I won't. We've got some new support resources for members coming up, too! Keep an eye out!

I know you would get a lot of flack if you did this, Kimmer, but--I wouldn't care a bit if you took out all the negative stuff. I think the time for reaction to and self-_expression_ regarding all the people leaving, the lawsuit, etc. needs to have run its course. Those of us who are trying to focus on the program keep running into all that "stuff" on just about every thread we turn to. Enough is enough!

Kimmer -I know. We're doing our best to keep it off the site. People who enjoy reading it can find it at 1,001 other places. Meanwhile, stay focused, do your work, let your body show you what it can do!

Kimmer - You're a great substitute for Kimmer! I also think the June Bugs would welcome everyone, just be sure to let them know in case they need a head count for an activity or meet & greet room.

We can also plan another one sometime? Good thing about a Vegas weekend is we don't need passports. The holidays are coming so we would plan for after -- maybe next spring or summer? Kimkins Workshops for anyone interested? Cooking demo? Motivational speaker (thinking of Chris Farley on SNL and a "van down by the river")!
If Kimmer comes to Vegas, someone give me a heads up, and I will be all over it with the video camera for you guys

OK....so that should make it a little more clear to someone else just reading the responses to a "new Innocent" poster that they come with a lot of baggage themselves. That when many of us may question them it is based on comments they left on Kimkins or the night before that got deleted!
I picked this up on Thread #4 and was unable to attribute the quote because there was no quote button. Anyway, we automatically assume KK posters who retain their membership and jump over here to ask "pertinent" questions are doing it to stir the pot. So what if they are, Bless their hearts? We consider ourselves the mature, caring and kind people who would like to rescue them. Biting their heads off, nitpicking and sundry unfriendly actions give them ammunition and divert from our purpose here. What you can, ignore. What you can't , respond in a brief non-emotional manner. It may just be that they have abrasive personalities further sharpened by their Kimmer experiences; so they may be testing us before jumping in. And if they're moles, bless their hearts, they won't be able to find dirt to dig. Let's go back to being Low Carb FRIENDS at all times, Bless our hearts.

BTW, I'm a terrific speller and those errors (apart from Yankee spelling) are like fingernails on a blackboard to me. I am, however, the world's worst 2-finger typist, especially when the lighting is poor. So I grit my teeth and ignore it because I've nothing useful to say.

Unless Kimmer can track down the real woman in the red dress and pay her enough to pretend she's Kimmer, I seriously doubt the Kimmer will be making a personal appearance. I'm sure she'll suddenly have an emergency with her foster children. Although maybe Heidi will show up...you know, as a supportive employee of Kimkins who isn't Kimmer.

BUSTED!!!!!!!!!

The infusion of testosterone should possibly be "credited" for his rather non-pacifistic tone. Maybe he'd be less cranky after a good steak dinner.

I noticed the "we" aspect of it too. Maybe because there are still some people that are still so brain-washed they don't care that she weighs 3 times as much as she claims, so she feels it's ok to go?

Or....

Maybe they just came out with a miracle pill that makes you lose 198 pounds overnight AND cures agoraphobia all in one shot?

She had to have paid cash for that car (which of course would be easy with the site earnings). No one would finance her with an outstanding judgment from the school loans.

What a slap in the face to those she has defrauded
