It could still be Brandon. All they've done is to add another layer to onion. Ex. Brandon registers the site with the proxy giving all the personal info to this company. The proxy then registers the site with GoDaddy giving the proxy's info for the official registration in effect protecting Brandon's privacy.

I don't know what's going on, but I Googled it and came up with some TV station trying to interview this Heidi, and there is really something fishy about this.

Ok, so one of those threads quoted from over there said for the person to Ask Kimmer...do you think that the new email addy for them is so we can't cut and past what is happening over there? Some sites have an automatic "word finders/post deleters" for lack of a better name, that automatically reads news posts. If you spell a word such as that certain 4 letter word it automatically deletes your post, if you type the bad word cleverly (lots of kids are good at this) it goes thru undetected (for instance YOU=UR etc) ....do you think shes got that installed or.....is there a gatekeeper over there that will NEVER sleep looking for & deleting posts????

It's not that new. It just means that any lawsuit will be adjudicated in California. So, you couldn't file in Texas.

I use domains by proxy for my www dot com site for my writing. It's just to keep nutsos from knowing my full name is all. (Which anyone who knows me in my writing knows, it's not a huge secret, but still. The internet attracts loons.) Nothing underhanded. Much different reason than Heidi's machinations. She's just a skeered o' the Lawman Quacker.
