So kimmer was just talking about standard protein powder mixed with water as a shake? Because adding milk would up the carbs to like 13. protein powder is so nasty. I thought there was a shake mix I saw on tlc's brookhavens obesity clinic, for a woman who was 700 lbs and she could only eat 4 shakes a day because she had to lose alot of weight before surgery. Maybe kimmer was reffering to something like that. I am wondering if anyone knows what that is?

I did a search just now for "Kimkins", the first result is still of course the official site but now every other search result has brought up an anti-kimkins site!

Imagine your dismay if you were going to research a popular diet and the second search result and most of them thereafter were about the kimkins scam and "Kimkins survivors". I think everyone has done a wonderful job at getting the word out about how harmful this diet is. I know this has helped alot of people make up their minds before even starting this diet. Ya'll done good!
This is very good news! While some people won't google and do any research on any thing, quite a few will, and when they do the research they'll have ALL the information available to them. That's a "good thing".

Went off it end of August, maybe in Sept.

I was fine before the diet

My hips are killing me, they didn't hurt before this diet but the right one started now both hurt. It is funny as they only hurt sitting, standing and walking there is not much of any pain.

Now I realize it doesn't have to be diet related and just that I am over weight and abused my body for a long time.
but all this talk about Kimkins being unhealthy, I was just wondering what you thought

Just wanted to say . Joint pain is the absolute pits. I have arthritis from injuries I sustained when I was 9 years old and have found that glucosamine and/or MSM helps a lot. But please, get yourself checked out!

I'm new here - just started yesterday.

Which plan is designed for the fastest weight loss results?

I'm on KE and don't have a problem with it. I was looking at Boot Camp and wondering is it's designed for quicker weight loss results?

Thanks!!

Kimmer's response:
The very fastest would be the Meal Replacement Shake option because there's no chance of messing up. 450 calories a day, that's it.

Second is Boot Camp because the protein and salads are limited, but someone could still pick a higher calorie protein by accident.

K/E was originally the fastest, but it's not always anymore because some people tend to be creative about what a "lean" protein is plus overeating with too big portions or small snacks all day .

Kimkins is the slowest and still way faster than any other non-Kimkins plan except water fasting.

Another Member asks:
Hi Kimmer

You just posted a relpy that the Replacement Shake option is 450 caloris a day but when I look at the plan under KIMKINS Diet Plans it says 800 calories a day. Which is correct?

Kimmer's response:
It would be 800 if you choose 200 calorie shakes and 4 per day. Personally, as long as I'm doing shakes (which are not incredibly exciting anyway), I'd find a 150 calorie version and limit to 3 (skipping a snack shake).

But I'm impatient.

The reason for the PM's being monitored is to find the sources who are hacking in by simply reading...

We are making this known to you so that there is no misunderstanding later.

As far as who is reading them, I will not say for protection of that admin. That admin has a job to do for the good of this site and the good of its members. Nothing more, nothing less. The same admin has been very busy uncovering a lot elsewhere and bit by bit we are winning this war.

I am hoping we will not need to do this forever. But we have to face facts here. The hackers came on to this site with harm's intent. They did PM to each other and we know this now. So this is why we are monitoring and what we hope to stop.

Again, we apologize but feel we must take this action.

The people on that site are nothing short of dysfunctional, vicious, vindictive, little people, with absolutely nothing positive in there lives. They thrive on drama because of there shallow empty shells, they point fingers and are delusional and in heavy denial of what they are doing. They abused this WOE, and now instead of taking responsibility for there own actions, they chose to be offensive and threatening, like spoiled brat children who can not get there own way….these people are nothing short of control freaks…..they have to try and control others as they have no control over there own life issue’s.These are the people that could not be content with losing 3-4 pounds a week, no they had to lose faster and faster, they took it to the extreme, and now they cry fowl….well guess what, BIG BRIGHT LIGHT…..you and only you chose to put whatever in your mouth, Kimmer did not spoon feed you, she did not put a gun to your head and say DONT EAT, no you did that to you self, and
now you are having health issue’s, so they claim, but where is the PROOF, all here say, from a bunch of nasty hateful people. How sad is it that you have to try and control what others do, or how others chose to eat etc etc…..
I now fully understand why we have these stupid labels on electric appliances that say….do not submerge in water LOL….its for these type of people who would do just that and then cry bloody murder LOL…….
Now in saying that, I can understand how these caring loving and thoughtful people would want so much to save us from our drunken, air head selves, I mean poor poor us, with such little minds, we can not see the light LOL…….
They are the internets newest LINCH MOB………a bunch of very bored house wives LOL………grow up. Oh and if you are going to come onto this site and copy and paste, at least don’t be so cowardly about it, let yourself be known…….nar nar nar na na nar LOL….pathetic….
They wont even so much as let me voice my opinion on that site about what has been happening with Singinglass, and they go on and on how there web site is a place to speak freely LOL….what a joke, yeah only if you are a part of the LINCH MOB……idiotic statement removed……
Why anyone would find it funny to make nasty comments about Tippy’s success picture in her bikini is just beyond me, they say it is her stance in the picture LOL….WHAT????? the lady is standing for goodness sakes, just totally amazing me how jealous some people can be……

I say we totally ignore these childish people, they are like dogs that eat there own tails, they are getting very bored with themselves now, NO NEW DRAMA to report…..LOL…..imagine being that shallow…….sad sad sad …….they all just need to be loved and given some attention so here is to all of you ……. I wuv you xxxxx and that will be the last bit of attention you will receive from me, you are not worthy of my attention when you are acting out in this manner……..they need TIME OUT LOL
Lets get back to what is important here, and that is support and encouragement, something that other site knows nothing about
Wow! I want to cry fowl, too. Bahahhaaa!!!
Okay, hear this ... members were INSTRUCTED to lower calories or INSTRUCTED to follow plans with very low calories by KIMMER/HEIDI herself!! (You may remember her. She started the site and the plans *were based on her claimed success). People joined for her support, guidance, and to achieve the same results so why would they not take what she had to say and follow it? Raise your hand (sorry, couldn't resist) if you signed up for something you knew required tweaking to make it work and make it healthy. Tweaking was FROWNED upon because then it *wasn't KIMKINS. I don't have copies and they're probably gone from the site now, but I'll bet others have copies of post with her telling people to lower, or condoning, already low calories. I read them myself when I was a member there.
As far as any assumed jealousy of TT, let me just state for the record here that although I may not be her size I tend to sum someone up by the kind of person they are and not by how much they weigh or how they look in a bathing suit. Because of this I do not aspire to be a thin person who ... for the sake of TOS lets just say ... makes the choices and does the things that she has.
Now, as far as the encouragement statement goes ... this site is loaded with encouragement and support. And get this. This is the going to shock you but I can ask what I need an answer to without fear or being banned. How about you?

Ok but where has sleek been for the last, oh say, 5,000,000,000 posts. We have all hashed the fact that the photos are mostly photo shop messes, or just two different people. I mean the one where the woman is caucasian in the before but a thin oriental woman in the after is proof enough.

She could put it as a vote to the membership and then come up with a few alternates, starting with Tippy's Weightloss Board, Tippykins (I don't honestly think she'll try this one if Atkins is after Heidi ), Final Stop BBS. Melting to Goal and anything else she can think of. I offer these free of charge for her perusal. Since nobody knows how many members there are, she can post that it's a done deal, thanks to everyone who voted for Tippy's Cycling. Oh, and because they're only on plan 1/2 the time, she'll charge only $30 to new members.

Missi I think she is attempting to say:

1)that things here were censored??? To hint at SL's being censored or other kimkins posters over here.
Umm..ok well that might be true in some cases, but why would they censor Singinglass's replies to questions but not her excuses and story telling?
That doesn't make sense. Oh I get it now..... See since Tippy and Kimmer can't post someone has to.

Also Sleek could have been back to warn before now....like on 8/08/07 you could have posted here about your concerns instead of posting about how Kimkins makes you "look downright slinky in two weeks"How much can I lose in 2 weeks?

2)The pics are to show us how great Kimkins is I imagine by helping her lose weight.

But Bless your Heart Sleek for trying!
