It just doubts ALL on THIS website because it will be assumed someone from here wrote this...

This is just sad.

Why would someone naturally assume it is this from someone from this website - there are tons of websites dealing with this issue so it could have come from anyone on those bulletin boards or anyone who has just chanced upon anyone of those bulletin boards - or this one for that matter. Doesn't mean they are members.

I am not condoning what happened in the least, but I don't think people should jump to conclusions about where this stems from.

Just my 2¢

There is stuff posted about pretty much everyone on the web - whether you posted it yourself or not - ever been to the online white pages? I would bet you are there and you didn't even know it (not you specifically - but people in general). Information about people, on the internet, is readily available and most people don't even know that that information is out there about them. Sad, but true.

(Heidi took care of the best of the best - they all left!) TT's claims have been modified so that now she gives a teensy bit of credit where credit is due to Dr. A. Anyone looking at the site now will not recognize it. All that's left is to complete a name change, and TT will state that she bought the company and is not responsible for its former owner's claims. And she'll be right. Whether this may salvage the good ship Tippykins remains to be seen.

It's just my guess, but I don't think any changes will save that ship from sinking. I don't care what they do...the damage was done and the cached pages are still there.

Plus you can give all the credit to Dr. A you want, but you still CAN'T CHARGE for info that you can get from his folks, ya know. It's no longer a "new" diet. It is again a few diets thrown together. So for that the site will have to be a free site.

BUT if she bought the company (i.e. accounts receivables) she also inherits the accounts payables IMHO. I really don't think TT has the $$ to buy Kimkins.....

Remember if they aren't following KK's WOE it's NOT Kimkins......

Didn't someone say in the past that if they weren't following her WOE they should get the H--l off the site?

I have been reading all this from the start and now I have to say something,

Ok I thought I got away from Kimkins diet without any side affects
Now I started Kimkins around June 23rd
I lost 35 pounds.
Went off it end of August, maybe in Sept.

I was fine before the diet

My hips are killing me, they didn't hurt before this diet but the right one started now both hurt. It is funny as they only hurt sitting, standing and walking there is not much of any pain.

Now I realize it doesn't have to be diet related and just that I am over weight and abused my body for a long time.
but all this talk about Kimkins being unhealthy, I was just wondering what you thought

Can she change the site name and the plan and not be held financially accountable to the current members? I mean, they signed up for kimkins, how can they change it all and not offer the members a choice of getting their money back? Doesn't sound legal to me. Of course I don't know if it is or not. I'm not up on that kind of stuff.
