If you read through the comments section you will see where gonetofar has stated about stalking.

I think this was way out of line... and it doesn't matter whether the stalking threats are true or not. There was no reason to post that and to add "why don't you give her a call?"

a person wouldn't even have to know anything about the kimkins saga... they might just be a nut and read the blog, get incensed and call her.

Honeybee.....I remember reading the same thing emeraldskye did, but for the life of me, I can't find it now. I've been searching through the comments on both Ducky's and theTruth's cause I know I read it, but still cannot find it!

As "they " say, It will all come out in the wash. IF the police are involved -IF- then the parties guilty of more than a breach of good manners will likely be getting an official visit. And I don't think we'll hear about it here unless SingingLass chortles extra loud. But SOMEONE gave her ammunition when it wasn't necessary. Why muddy the crystal waters of a clear case of fraud with stupid side issues? SL is not that important to the case against Heidi/Kimmer.

No this was a comment that was posted on Friday, I think? Anyway the comment is gone but it was brutal. This person was saying that they want SL dead and that we should harass her etc. It was very nasty and quite long winded. If this person followed through on their threats I can see why she alerted the police. Hell I would have alerted the police from the comment itself.

Did no one else see this? Maybe it was up only momentarily?

See this is my point. So far we have been above board with this, and now there is question. When perhaps it's just a clever trick to cause a rift amongst us. You see. While I believe Kimatc whole heartedly, I'm sad and sorry to say that I still question SL. I really think that this is a plant to take the attention away from the real person who made a threat, that would be Tippy.

So, that there's my opinion. And I'm sad that I have this much disbelief in me, but from what I've witnessed so far, I am now a disbeliever.

I saw it too!!! But I can't find it now!! I did notice that there have been some "deleted by author" comments. I wonder if there is a time limit to edit comments on blogs? does anyone know? Also, is there any way for the author of the blogs to have a copy of whatever was there then deleted?

Well that is odd because the blog that posted SingingLass' personal information was not posted until Sat. Sept. 30th........
There is normally a place that shows a deleted post.
SO this post comment was under a different blog than the one with SL's information, right?

I understand this feeling. I think that's why I'm clinging to the belief that she's not making this up. I just don't want to give in to that level of skepticism yet. I'm probably being naive but I need that naiveté right now.

One thing though since it happened to Kim, it could have happened to SL. It's not outlandish. Also, I think we forget that we are not the only ones reading Ducky's blog. Who knows what kind of people are finding it through various searches.

Ok I also just left a comment for the blogger to verify about deleted posts and also could s/he confirm when the blog (what time)was posted that had SL's information.
Maybe that will help clear up any issues.

Pardon me if I'm wrong, but all comments on Ducky's site cannot be posted unless approved by Ducky. If this was permitted, Ducky take your lumps! But Ducky was taking the weekend off; so if this comment were posted on the weekend, how'd it get through? And I saw it, too, but had forgotten just how ugly it was. Anyway, it certainly doesn't help the case against Kimkins in the slightest and is grossly irrelevant, with heavy emphasis on the "grossly."

Yes, the phone calls were real, and yes, I have the police involved. This was not just one or two callers, it was several. Some of the calls were pretty juvenile in nature...just voice mail taunts and the like, but others were serious. I picked up the phone to the first one from Missouri early in the morning, because a friend of mine is in that state and just had a baby-- sleepy me thought maybe she was using a hospital phone.

As for the references to death threats on ducky's site, and the question of me having threatened children.....that was the result of a couple of posts that were up in their comment sections, and then removed. You can see " edited" and the like in a couple of places due to some of the kind of posts that have been made. Below is a copy of one of the deleted posts. This is also I think where people are getting that I had children threatened. No, I do not have children.

As for my information being on the internet. No, I have not widely posted my information for people to access. The only place I personally had my last name associated with anything was with my artwork. I suspect what happened was that they googled my first name, state, and interests until they came up with either the site listing my artwork, or old newspaper articles of theatrical productions I have done. From there, they went to white pages. In this day and age, most everyone has their name somewhere on the net, it is hard to avoid.

As for the quote of me saying the stuff about their " stance over there" ...it was in reference to the ducky site and the comments treating this situation like it is entertainment.

First, I am sorry that you were threatened. Whoever did that was VERY wrong and should face the penalties for such actions.

However, since you're here, I'd like to ask you a few questions, if you don't mind.

1) Do you REALLY believe Heidi? (when she says she is not kimmer, or kimmer is not heidi, whichever)

2) Do you not see how her diet plans, such as Bootcamp are VERY dangerous and have caused people REAL harm?

3) Do you honestly think that you can support her, aid and abet her crimes and remain free of responsibility and / or possible liability?

4) Can you understand that many, in fact MOST, of the people who are actively seeking investigation of Heidi and Kimkins are truly worried and concerned over the members of that site? Our friends have been falling ill from this so-called diet. Many of them! They are not making that up. We want this stopped for the health and welfare of all involved, YOU included!

I am not a hater. I'm certainly not jealous of Heidi in ANY way. I'm not a fat loser on Fatkins. I DO eat greasy cheeseburgers and guess what? I've lost over 70 pounds in 4 months. I follow a healthy, doctor approved, created and recommended low-carb diet that is a FAR cry from the Kimkins starvation diets.

I want Kimmer/Heidi stopped because she has perpetrated a gigantic scam on many, many people and hurt many, many people.

That's not terrorism. That's being a jilted consumer who is worried that others will fall prey to her scam.

Whether you believe it's a scam or not, don't you think you owe it to yourself to question, research, do a little investigation of your own before you sink alongside her?

Do you think Christin, Becky and Deni (and all the others) are lying? Really???

no amount of money that Heidi could possibly pay you is worth this, imo.
