Many of us here are banned members that are attempting to keep others from being scammed by Kimkins.

Regarding the pawn avatar.......I never chose an avatar while I was there (I have no patience for computer stuff) and the yellow pawn was the default one I was given. I had it the whole time I was there. So I'm guessing, if they wipe out people's personal information when they're banned, including their chosen avatar, then it may revert to the default one.

Besides your personal safety and privacy, there is a real site related issue as well:

If I paid to join anything and the spelling was that bad, I'd think it was a scam, only because I'd have thought a legit company would spell check. according to the BBB site rules those who file a complaint can't post a review for a period of time so if you are going to file a complaint do that first.

Also the BBB board when one clicks on the more info link about complaints says it has recieved none about the advertizing of Kimkins so maybe that would be a good place to go next and since I spell so bad it will not be me doing it

How can monitoring/reviewing PM's help prevent terrorist attacks? OMG I've heard it all. Also how can monitoring/reviewing prevent hacking?

ETA: Yes Honey I did hehe, and it made my head hurt hahah. I worked for a company where the President was seriously, a smart man but dumb as a box when it came to spelling. He used to send emails out that hurt my head so baaaad. Then one day I went to the company website and the FAQ were so terribly misspelled that I had to call him up and ask if it would be ok if I revamped it. That was fun

They are doing this because of the work we have all done here, some great and very stealth insiders have been emailing people letting them know that the diet is bad. My experience with Kimkin is not as bad as some of you. I did the diet 2 times. The first time I lost around 20lbs but I got sick thinking I had the flu and the 2nd time was in Aug and I ended up getting sick again. So I stopped. I now know that you should not get sick if you follow a good diet. I did not have the long term effects that some of this ladies have and I don`t want them either. I am hoping that Heidi will be put in Jail for a very long time and also any of her so called admins.

Did you just recently have your baby? If so you may be going through what I did with my last pregnancy. You normally lose a certain amount of hair everyday but some, when pregnant, never lose any or just a few strands during that time. When you give birth and your hormones change you then release those hairs you held onto. So you seem to be losing a ton of hair but it was hair you should have been losing over the course of the pregnancy. I'm not saying that's what is happening to you, just sharing what happened to me.

I would say that you could still file a BBB review and you can even participate in the lawsuit to get a refund of your membership if you feel that fraud was done by Kimmer misrepresenting her own weight loss story and maintenance. Yes I belong to DD,I am trying to figure out who you are.LOL You did not mislead me in anyway shape or form. Heidi made the diet sound too good to be true, and I did lose weight. I hope that it didn`t hurt you or anyone that you know. I reccomended this diet to so many people, thinking it was safe. Thank God I am the only one that followed it....... LOL...............Mel

I want to make a note here about spelling - because I, too, am a stickler (and almost never post without running through spell check) - unless someone is going holier than thou on me, or pretending to be a lawyer, or taking my money - I really don't see a lot of spelling issues.... I guess it's kind of like someone who is average looking; when you like them - they're gorgeous, and you think their little quirks are adorable... when you hate them - they're hag faced, and they should sue their ____insert medical specialty that deals with appearance here____ for their skin/teeth/uneven eyebrows... whatever.

Does that make sense?

Yep, that's true! Sucked me right in.
