Obviously, Fawn didn't do her "other plan" right. It's too bad people don't read the Atkins books to really understand how lowcarbing works. It's not about spoonfuls of bacon grease, for Pete's sakes..or even ladles of duck fat (sorry, Ducky)..It's about balanced eating and getting your energy from dietary and body fat.. Oh well....

I must say that is shocking. Just yesterday I was posting how I didn't think members went back to Kimkins after being made aware of the issues and leaving.
Well then I stand corrected that no one goes back to Kimkins...let the record reflect- Returns to Kimkins-----1----------

HoneyBee: Fawn maybe never found the right plan for her and probably gained a bit of weight, so I'm sure she was impatient and wanted to continue to drop like a rock. She was only gone a week and it takes more than a week to adjust to normal eating, as we all know.

That's true and I can understand how tempting it is to go back to what you think you know or what is comfortable. I know that Fawn was a BIG part of a challenge group there and was always offering and getting support from those members. It sounds like she also missed that a lot and I think she was accustomed to being known for that on kimkins.
