40 miles a week on this diet??? I hardly think so. She might be doing atkins, but running takes energy, energy comes from calories or carbs. If you dont hve either, i dont see how anyone is going to have the energy to run 4 miles, much less 40...40 miles a week is a LOT of running. She wouldnt have time to be posting all over the place if she were out running that much
ITA-I only did KK for 2 -3 weeks and I didn't have the energy to do anything!!

You forgot juggling two men. And watching JC on a popsicle, pogo stick, etc.

She's an pretty busy lady.

I had a good at the thought of ME running 40 miles a week. Only if something very large and mean, and weilding an axe were chasing me!

Indeed! I don't even know that that axe could keep me running long. Kimkins, take me away.

Just checking back in. Well, heck ... no big news flash? DH and I were getting ready to watch a movie but I told him I had to check on The Fall of The Rotten Kimpire first.

So we jumped the gun? Ah, well, Kimmer's time will come, sooner rather than later, methinks.

Well, at least dear Kimmer must be having a good laugh. You think it will do her rusty old heart some good?

Same here. When I started Kimkins, I was working out for at least 30 minutes twice a day. By the time I finally wised up and got off it, I couldn't even summon the energy to exercise once a day. It was all I could do to make it through the work day before coming home and laying down.

Just realized that was another way I may have lost some weight on KK .... I couldn't eat because I was passed out sleeping half the time!

No need to apologize, Truth. Hey, sometimes the anticipation of what's to come is better than the actual announcement. Although I do think I'll invest in one of those portable commodes for the next time - I think I beat my personal best for a "potty break". Thanks again for all the great info you provide and to all of you who have made phone calls, sent emails, letters, etc. I know I definitely feel better each time I've done my part to see Heidi and minions shut down!

I would expect no less.

I wish this whole thing would hit the media..

Ok - Hi everyone, boy do I have lots of reading to catch up on - I'm only a few pages into this new thread, and I feel like I've done nothing but read these articles lately! I guess it doesn't help that I missed all of this in the beginning, so I keep going back to research and read all those links y'all keep mentioning.

I looked at the my space sites yesterday, and did anyone else happen to notice on that site and on Kimkins site that alot of those pics look like professional pics - kinda like the famous red dress one. Look closely at them - most of the pics you see posted on this site or other my space sites show regular pictures - outdoors or inside, but not the glamorous studio shots that I noticed yesterday.

Kinda like the lonely person that buys picture frames and keeps the inserts in to pretend he has pictures of friends/family on his desk at work, Heidi has to invent friends too - wonder if she takes the inserts out of picture frames?

Also just found these on the internet and had to post them - google duck pictures and you should find the site (planet ducky) They have lots of duck stuff - tons of t-shirts, coffee mugs, buttons, magnets, etc..

No need to apologize! I am bummed that nothing juicy was going to be revealed but that is my fault for jumping to wrong conclusions based on a silly graphic.

Well, and don't forget approximately 3 hours of swimming per week as well (that would be swimming nonstop at a pretty good clip to go 4 miles)

Topic Line: Kimkins is the best diet ever!

Is what I would have said three months ago. You see, about three months ago, I was 42 lbs lighter, only 35 lbs away from my goal weight. I was thrilled to have finally found something that works for me.

( snipped )

My sincere prayer is that what I’ve written will reach at least one person. I beg you now: If you too have been having that “gut” feeling, you know which one I’m talking about, please do your research. www.kimkinsexposed.com. Do not be afraid to get off of the plan is a wonderful tool. Pray for wisdom. HE will provide it to those who ask. Let my last words on this forum ring in your ears:

This is a DANGEROUS diet and Kimmer is lying to you.
