I woudl suggest going to a place that sells products for people that have/had cancer, I know we have a few stores like that around here. They will help with the proper inserts for bras, sell bras tht are made with pockets that hold the inserts ect. And the staff at places like that are amazing. They know just how to work with people that are modest and insecure with their bodies.

Oh come on! I hardly doubt that the author of this article actually talked to the Dr. My bet is that they are making inferences from things that he stated and again, he is in favor of healthy fats. So technically his diet is not like Kimkins - she says to use the least amount of fat as possible. And she doesn't state specifically what kind of fat and he is quite adamant about EVOO and macadamia nut oil (and I got that from just the little amount I read on the hampton's diet site about the diet)

I have to disagree unless that will cover what she has written, too, because heidi will just keep pulling out stuff like that and it will appear as if she's in support of kk. JMO

I am giving my honest opinion on this subject. I think we are all different. I think everyone should discuss a particular diet with their Doctor and should be monitored along the way. Just a note of fact: I have one Doctor who said "Get off that Atkins diet immediatly! All that fat is dangerous!". I told him I was alternating with Kimkins and he said "Just do the Kimkins diet until the weight is gone and go towards a SouthBeach approach for maintenance".

Please take only a physician's advice rather than listen to gossip. We urge you to ask your physician if Kimkins is right for you. We also remind you that Kimkins is meant to produce fast weight loss and is meant to be a short term diet. Again, speak with your Physician.

I added the bold because that is the first time I heard Kimkins is meant to be a short term diet. A way to confuse people over there.
A short term diet? That just seriously broke my brain

Great! I appreciate the suggestion. Now I just have to see if there's a place like that around here. I'm too used to going to the basic stores for everything so I'm always taking the easy way out.

Wendy

Oh I hope not! We don't have our computer hooked up at home!

I can't PM anyone, and I don't know anyone well enough to ask for a call or a text msg anyway - I hope we find out before 5!!!

Who posted the "something wicked this way comes" poem earlier?! Do they know something?! Hey, it just got very windy and dark outside where I am!! I'm sure it's a sign.

Whew, I gotta calm down. I'm afraid I'll have a stroke.

I just think it's awful that she used it and didn't credit you, Kim. I hope that you contact an attorney and you get some justice. You were her only credible professional on her "staff" and she used you for her own twisted gain.
That depends, too. You can get paid for writing and retain copyright. I had that as part of my contract. I retained hard-copy copyright ( I can sell my writings to papers, include them in books, etc) and they retained internet copyright (I can't reproduce on the web or sell to any online source). This may come down to if she signed something for Heidi that pertained to copyright or not. I would definitely speak with someone about it. I only know my own experience with this.
ps. not an attorney, either. lol

And FWIW I believe we have another Kimmer persona there: SCSthrnBell. She talks just like Kimmer too. In fact I just saved some screenshots of the three of them having a conversation with themselves. It must be getting mighty boring for Hidy to have to talk to herself on her own forum.

I would like to know what's up with Tracy. She just did a MAJOR flipflop.

Oh, and crazycat is now an Admin. Foolish girl
