Hi Dottie! Just wanted to tell you that this site is wonderful! I found you through Kimkins research, and have made it a "home away from home", though I don't have to leave home to visit.

The forums are fantastic with a lot of beautiful souls. I love how so many are willing to share their findings on the things they try. It really helps to make better informed decisions about my diet choices when I can read about those who have already been there. And I look forward to sharing my own.

The support here is phenomenal! I am glad I found you all.. I still have 50 or so pounds to go(my highest was 40 pounds more than I am now).. It has been a tough on again and off again road, but I know this forum will be a great help in achieving my goal and maintaining once I am there.

Mine has been over a year, I go from eating well to eating crappy.
And I'm training for another half marathon, I should KNOW better.
