You are right Julie just looking at the food list is totally different from someone saying but I only eat 400 calories a day...good point.
BTW- I like the new look!

Ok I am going to read some blogs and listen to Christin's blog, but if there are any super heros spotted later someone please notify me on the "bat phone".

But I am still way better off than I was at 333 lbs......so to all of you who, like me and many others, that struggle from time to time.......stay here and don't give up.......I could never have done this without the support I have found here at LCF and with the many friends I have made here
Welcome to the world of real people Dotty!, I am fighting the same 15 lbs for the past 5 months.......up to 195.....down to 180, but I have to admit that I have stopped being so hard on myself after reading what Kimmer has done to mislead all the poor woman at her site. I have finally come to grips with the fact that I cannot be so hard on myself, and have realized that I can do "low carb" eating more moderate carbs (net 35-50) and still lose. I used to believe that it was all or nothing which was my downfall. I know that the misfortune of many from her site has made me take a closer look at low carb and realize that I can mold it to my needs. I have lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks thanks to all the comments I am reading on this thread. It has helped me stay focused and to prove to myself that it can be done moderately and stay healthy doing it. My heart goes out to those that were duped. Thanks to this thread, hopefully some were helped. I know that I have been.

It didn't matter when her advice was worth what we paid for it - nothing! But neither can we take any blame for a con woman's actions in taking her kooky ideas elsewhere. Ain't hindsight 20/20! I, for one, don't feel the slightest bit of guilt for HEIDI'S actions!

That is just insane! This makes me very angry that they are allowing this tripe on their board.
When I was there, there was mention of using psyllium husks but, if I remember correctly, it was poo-pooed. (sorry. couldn't help myself) <I really need a smiley with a halo!>

Re:tell us about your user name...

Well let's see the easist way to explain this is to say that my username is a combination of a name I use basically everywhere and the first letter of my fiance's name (online/lifestyle).As for my name Tarvos is an ancient Gaelic (or possibly Celtic) God. I don't recall the specifics of him, but the name was suggested to me by a friend several years ago. Since my fiance and I are both practicing Wiccan's these names are also our magical names. As for the lifestyle reference, some will understand more if I print it correctly Tarvos{k}.Be well and safe all

See, we don't normally talk about admin actions, but when it comes to someone emailing or PMing threats, blackmail or extortion, you can pretty much assume their not being here is NOT by their own choice.
That kind of activity will not fly here.

This guy bugs me. Seriously, and not just because of the issues associated with his "lifestyle" though that is part of it.

Btw, the gaidhlig (Scots Gaelic) word "tarbh" (pronounced "tarv") translates into bull. There is no "Tarvos" in any extant celtic language.

What's so strange is the mix of "the remnants".
Well meaning, Christian, mom types with Darth V. admins

Not much over there left....really, really dead. Occassionally someone posts a good-bye. A few newbies wandering in...poor souls.

Not like last night's fireworks. Now THAT was enertainment!
