The lawsuit..the way I see it, Heidi/Kimmer or whatever she is calling herself these days, will not show up, therefore she will lose. Unless they can find her and throw her in jail...nothing will happen but the website getting shut down. We already know Heidi "runs out on loans" so a law suit is nothing. What's another bill..she probably hasn't paid them in years. At least if the site is shut down, until she starts another one (knowing how profitable this one was), some people may be saved.

True, the lawsuit won't put her in the big house, but I'm counting on some federal charges bringing her down.

Sammymomma, have you seen some of the old Ask Kimmer posts? Especially the ones following her *finally* posting her before and after photos?

It might make you a little snatty to have to read it, but it's an interesting look into why a person would continue to flaunt themselves as an online diet guru. In fact, the whole Kimmer/Heidi thing would make for a wonderful sociology or psychology thesis for some student, somewhere.

I think that Heidi was getting her ego so massaged here by a few adoring followers that it was simply irresistable to her. She just lived for it and I think it ruined her (just my armchair theory).

I mean, let's face it, every day someone posted about how much she was helping them and how wonderful she was. That much adulation will just mess with a person's head, unless they have a very strong character. It's called a Swelled Head! And really I'm not being mean about it, I'm trying to explain it, because once again, I really believe you are looking for the truth.

It's a surefire way to get off track and to continue cheating.
I ate higher carb Atkins during the weekend and M&E during the week.
It's no lie that I'd go down to 500-600 calories during the week and 1500-1700 during the weekend. Not until Tuesday would I start to feel less carb crappy only to have it replaced by tired and weak by Thursday.

What has it netted for me now?

Dead thyroid
Inability to lose
Inability to eat more calories, I'm really struggling currently to eat more food.

This is so screwed up, I have no words.

Heidi has no basis for a lawsuit. She started her business under false pretense ..... lying about her weight loss among many other fraudulent statements/pictures. You can't sue people for harassment when that harassment was brought on because of deceit and scamming people out of their hard earned money. Nope - nada - never!!!! Won't hold up in court. She's not coming from a position of power....
