Dottie....sorry you have to put up with that craziness. Hopefully it will be over soon.

I never did kimkins because I love food way too much but pray that justice is served, everyone gets their $$ back(plus some!)and that any health issues from this "diet" are able to be reversed.

Either she's so #$&%@ in the head that she thinks she can still convince people that Heidi and Kimmer are different people, or she's laying the foundation for her insanity plea (multiple personality disorder, anyone?).

This is turning into one of those really bad soap opera storylines that writers get fired over (like the possessed Marlena story...man I hope that writer never got another job).

I tried kimkins-lite (what I think of her early advice on here) and it was not hard. Simple foods: lean protein, veggies and fat! She'd talk about frying eggs in bacon grease, using ground beef and cheese in her cheeseburger soup, things like that.
Her original 'plan' was totally Atkins 72 and there were no real changes to it. She even said, flat out, that it was something called Atkins Turbo that she saw in Womans World magazine. Wow... that's kind of.. something! Her "fame" came from using that magazines articles and her "downfall" is too, years later. hmm...

kelly- i think i am the WWWW that you refer to in your post- i am sorry that your response to me got you banned. i didnt even get your response because she banned me so quick, there are 7 pms listed that I cant access due to my TOS violation (!?) but really I am glad to see you are here, and I am glad to be here as well, the people are great here and no worry about what to post etc, because there is no Kimmer/Heidi to chastise you...i just wanted to let you know that I am not suicidal, (although my Kk persona did die)-I have actually started the ATkins induction again on Monday and i am down 5 lbs (5 of the 20 i had gained back during the kk debacle) I would have responded to you had I been "allowed" to access MY pms...but truly I guess i am glad I was the last straw, because you know we are all going to be healthier now that we are out of there, once we deprogram ourselves from her stupid diet rules....

See, I started and now I can't stop!

Delurking on this thread after reading it (and its siblings) for weeks.

IMO, the diatribe at Kimkins last night was probably a plant to try and pinpoint the mole(s). I'm sure the Admins can tell exactly who was online and in what thread at a certain time. The supposedly drunken rambling is posted, the Admins see who is online and reading that thread. Then they montior the blogs and other forums to see when the bait ...errr... post shows up in another place. At that point the Admins have a list of possible mole suspects that can be cross referenced against past lists.

Even though I only lurked and never registered, Kimmer chased me off LCF years ago with her mean overly aggressive tactics and gave me a bad impression of low carb diets. Morbid curiosity over recent events drew me back here to watch the unfolding drama. I've also spent a lot of time reading in other threads and actually bought and read the Atkins Diabetes book. Now I'm preparing to start induction (probably next week) so not all bad has come out of this.
