"We all know how Kimmer tries deperately to convince us that she is not Heidi Diaz. We wonder, how will she explain away the intimidation email sent to Dottie, from Kimmer, yet originiating from Heidi K Diaz’s email address?

I'm sorry but I fail to see how 3 attempts to tell us we are bothering you is on topic. I mean no disrespect however, many many women have posted to tell you how this thread has helped them. That in and of itself should be reason enough to let the general flow of the thread continue without argument. These people who have replied to you are people coming here from kimkins, so again, isn't the intended goal of this thread working? I'm thinking yes. Again, I'm really trying to help here.

I totally agree. I've lurked on this site for several years but had never posted until recently. A few days ago I changed my email addy and somehow my registration started all over again as Sept 2007, yet I have an email (my old email address) from the admins dated 03/03/2006 confirming my name as boobookity when I forgot my password (again) and they mailed it to me. So, because of this mix up, I am not able to go to the playground (I'm aware I need more postings) even though I have been a member for several years.
If this thread moves there I won't even be able to read the posts. Sorry about the whining.

I respectfully disagree. The banter has brought about a lot of information. Some of us have gotten comfortable sharing information here because of the banter and relationships we've built.

I, for one, had 10, maybe 20 posts before this thread...and, as you probably know, I have a lot to say.

I was able to share information that I knew/felt here because of the banter.

I think the mods work very hard to keep us on topic and keep the thread clean and I am glad that they give us a venue to be both serious and share banter.

Even I am offened at that...what its ok for nastiness on here...but someone posts something about support or illness not relates to KIMKINS.....its horrible?

To all of you who have worked tirelessly to bring Heidi to justice, I thank you. Without this thread I would have been beating myself up over and over again for getting scammed. There have been times when I was really depressed about it and the fact that I thought I had finally found the "answer" to my weight problem. I have taken your suggestions on how to stop this fraud (and some from the blogs provided) and feel better with each e-mail and comment I make to stop this unscrupulous, conniving, manipulative LIAR!

The point I wanted to make is that if those 'set points' for weight are true then it makes sense why you'd cheat if you eat so little.
It's your body telling you to eat or it will shut down.

The writer also mentioned that it's hard to maintain very low weight (118 for K/H seems a bit low btw) for a long time.
That the body *will* slowly try to go up to your correct number.

I can't remember what Heidi ever said her height was, but I was 5'7 (am hehe) and 118lbs and that's when I ended up in the hospital, with the threat of forced foods if I didn't stop starving myself. I was 15ish at the time. So for me, my body type that's WAAAAYYYYYYY too low. And made me sick constantly. Others may differ on that though. Everyone's body is different. That's why this type of site is great for the continuing info, so you can tweak to fit your needs.

And I don't recall Dottie ever telling anyone not to tweak

Um you forgot Heidi's too, I'm sure she's chiming in on this. I'm just glad that the truth is out about this. About the ugly way posters here were treated by all 3 of them!
