Why the fascination with Kimmer? #3 - Page 5

I'm still just trying to get caught up from today's posts, but it is beginning to sound like the actual, original, "real" Kimkins diets are falling by the wayside and being replaced by various tweaks and the inclusion of various foods and even just not doing the Kimkins way of eating sometimes and do something else TO GET SOME NUTRIENTS.

So while the website still says Kimkins, it is a far different site and has far different recommendations than what was being spouted just a few short weeks ago. Her site has been changed, has had to be changed, because of the pressure of the outcry. Kimmer has been forced to change what she had been spouting, been forced to modify. She is finally having to bow to what others have in mind for her site, she isn't the final word or the leading voice any longer. (Just what it is looking like at this moment.)

You're right. No one should FORCE anyone to do anything. Forcing and asking politely are two different things. And as far as no one admitting to their errors - lots of people have done that, myself included.

Awww, thanks Morgan! I gotta admit, though, I was VERY blinded for a while. I had it in my mind that NOTHING was gonna ever, ever change that. I'm so glad I finally came around!

Oh, and hardly anyone in the group is doing Kimkins anymore. We've even changed the name and are now low carb in general. Tarvos and his...erm, property...were the last die hard Kimkiners left, but they got in a huff and left.

Wow, that's great to hear! ( minus the tarvos and.. friend issue.. lol). It really is an amazing group of women and I was very, very happy to be amongst them all! Hmm.. now I gotta go find it again.. lol.

I apologize Tish, and anyone else who may have apologized or acknowledged that they were wrong. I really haven't been on here until this past week, so I haven't got all the info straightened out yet - hence my misspelling of Heidi's last name!!!

I guess I was just trying to work thru the shock of the whole thing. I've learned thru life that when it's something so bad that I can't truly understand how or why people do these things its because they truly DON"T CARE. Kimmer/Heidi doesn't care who she hurts financially or physically with her actions. She took advantage of good people with her scams, and so she has no concious. A true sociopath. We'll never understand why, but maybe the "how" so we can protect ourselves and our loved ones in the future from people like her.

No offense to anyone who joined Kimkins or something like it, but compare that site and the info they gave for a fee, and this wonderful site with all the support, info, etc, for FREE.

The reason for the duck avatars is not for "Ducky", but it was a result of Kimmer/Heidi's statement that she is paranoid about ANYONE with a duck avatar!

Kimmer/Heidi admitted herself in a PM to one of her minions that she is concerned about anyone who uses a duck as their avatar. Why? She's obviously concerned over what is being written at Ducky's blog - Kimkins Exposed.

Let us not forget that Kimmer was so paranoid over duck avatars, she actually banned the poster about whom they were having the discussion. When that member came here to post, we found that she had innocently chosen the duck avi from the stock avatars available right on Kimkins site.

She was referring to the Kimkins Yahoo group they used to be in together, but I was on my way to ask if Tarvos is still an admin over at Kimkins. I think he still was as of last week, when Ducky featured him.

My thinking is that any new Admins over there are existing members but simply given new nicknames. This way none of the bloggers can go back and find discrepancies in what they currently say. Look at Tippy Toes as an example.
