I am here for two reasons: The first and most important reason is to get off the couch and to get back in shape, this time with a healthier LC version - Atkins. Reason number two is to tell the truth about Mrs. Kimmer and to prevent people from giving her more money. If she can play games, so can I, that's why I'm still active on Kimkins. Stardust and anyone else who is joining here to get off the couch and get back in shape, I just want to tell you - it CAN be done on Atkins. You have to eat to lose weight. You have to exercise to keep it off - but you don't have to starve yourself. I have lost 50 lbs. and kept it off for over 3 years without starving, fasting or abusing laxatives. I did Atkins by the book, moved through the phases and worked out regularly. YOU CAN DO IT!

I know this thread is about Kimmer, but I think it's also a gateway to this board for a lot of ex-Kimkins dieters. Look around this board, check the Faces of LCF pics, check the Century Board. There is a lot of support here.

I just don't get how she could spend the last 6 or so years giving out advice and pretending she follows it. When I'm not doing well with my healthy eating, the last thing I feel like doing is posting in the main lobby giving other people advice. It would make me feel even worse about myself.

Actually, I'm pretty sure she meant very - as in it would be very convenient that the week that they can vary their plan would also be Thanksgiving week. That still doesn't mean that it's not Tippy.

I dunno. I think quite a few foster care programs have problems and publicizing those problems would reflect back on them very poorly. VERY poorly. In a case like this one, it wouldn't surprise me to learn nothing happened to her at all.
There's a lot of stuff swept under the rugs.

I wonder if there would be a way for them (the foster care agency) to do a search of their database on Hidey's address, as opposed to just her name. If she used a false identity she wouldn't show up but perhaps her address would.

Perhaps Heidi has tried to find out more.. Maybe she did find out more and was going to turn Kimmer in.. Maybe she feels terribly betrayed.... maybe Kimmer tied her to a chair and locked her in a closet.

Beings as how Heidi Diaz's info was checked out by the PI and her address could be discerned, maybe a "wellness check" by the local PD is in order? You know, a concerned knock on the door to make sure all is well?

That was awesome. I lost 200lbs a couple months ago, and I don't miss him at all hahahaha!

Just posting to show my support. I have been watching this unfold with disbelief. I still can't wrap my head around the fact that Kimmer, Ms. 118-soaking-wet NEVER WAS THIN! Unfreakingbelievable.

I sure fell for it. At least I joined when it was $40.
