Remember the post titled (ironically) 'We the undersigned'? It was a great post by someone who suggested that no matter what plan we were on, we would agree to support each other in their efforts. Many, many folks replied to the thread and agreed it was a great idea. Somewhere along the line, you-know-who replied 'Sounds great, if you live in Stepford'.

Stepford? For allowing others to think and feel for themselves and make up their own mind? Well, the comment from you-know-who set off a firestorm of responses, and in the end, the thread was deleted and not only that, several knowledgeable, kind posters were fed up and left LCF. Many for good.

I've said it before, but the best thing to happen to LCF was when the Ask Kimmer thread was moved out of the ML. You-know-who threw a hissy fit and left not long after.

As for the pics, people have the right to express themselves however they wish. They were hilarious and I have nothing against anyone who created them, laughed at them, or enjoyed them. My intent was not to come across as "holier than thou" because I certainly can't claim it.

I am so sorry that you felt like you needed to stay away. Just remember, sick as she is, Heidi knows exactly how to cut to the quick - don't be suckered in by it again. We missed you!!!!!!

If they want someone who actually HAS maintained without admitted fasting (she's not on maintn) then why not get someone who actually can do it???? I think I understand how you feel. I didn't realize that all of the admins there have done the cycling thing. Interesting. If that was the case there really should have been honesty about it.

The reality is that Kimkins plans do work for a lot of people, but not everybody, and not all the time. Same goes for Atkins and just about any other plan out there. All weight loss plans carry risks, can cause thyroid problems, can stall out after a while, and can be abused or misunderstood. To this day I often hear people refer to Atkins as a no carb diet, or think that 20 grams carbs is the limit for everyone through the whole thing.

I've tried just about every plan on the planet now, and Atkins and Kimkins have been the only ones that worked. Atkins does not work for weight loss for me now, so that leaves Kimkins, which i do when I feel like taking off a few more pounds. I still have 65 pounds to lose and I'm so glad I have Kimkins diet to take that weight off.

Good luck to you with whatever plan you choose.

All she needed was the suspicion that I could cause trouble and I was gone but my money was allowed to stay. According to her emails to others banned, they got what they paid for ... it's electronic media. Pfft. BS! Not one person who joined that site got what they paid for. Not even the ones who think they did.
She now stocks the place with administrators who view people the same way she does. No matter how many sweetly said sentiments they deliver they are still willing to go along with the plot, get rid of anyone who may dare to speak out, and clean it all up for Heidi. Does that sound like people concerned for the members? It sure doesn't to me.
My long, thick curly hair is falling out. I'm not the only one. What do they say over there? Oh, I doubt anyone's hair is falling out in "clumps" and they blow it off like it's no big deal. I mean, really ... does it truly matter to them if it's not happening to them? And here I am taking a ton of supplements, paying over $100 for special shampoos and scalp treatments and adjusting wide scarf/headbands around the top of my hair because I'm embarrassed of how thin it is.
Then there are the people who I encouraged to join. I can't even adequately express how awful/guilty/ashamed I feel about that. I feel responsible for them losing their $, and possibly their health. It sickens me to even think about it.
She had the nerve to mockingly talk with Singinglass about how she would accidentally ban me. There was no concern for my welfare, my emotions, my rights, or even my innocence. I was nothing more than someone who had already handed over my money and so was now dispensable.
Like I said before, she doesn't deserve a dime of my money. Hell, she doesn't deserve a penny.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how I feel about Kimkins/Kimmer/Heidi Diaz, and her ever-faithful, current "staff."

Been reading all the discussion about the jokes. Seems to me that posting pictures of Heidi/Kimmer and pointing out the irony/lies, etc is NOT making fun of her, Or anyone else's, size or shape. It is simply pointing out the inconsistencies in a humorous manner. Other comments that get mean aren't helpful, but understandable since she has been so mean to so many people and there are hurt feelings. This should be a place where people can voice their frustrations within reason. My .02.
