Hi, I'm a perpetual lurker here. I wanted to show my support in the take down of Heidikins. I was sucked into her scam in Sept. of last year. I lost 60 Lbs. in 3 months. Now I'm back up 30lbs.
I knew something was wrong when all the "regulars" started dropping like flies. The gestapo tactics being used over there now are crazy. Anyone left is probably suffering from sleep deprevation, I know I didn't well when in stravation mode.

sammymomma...I think you are taking this all to personal. I don't believe anyone is "picking" on you. You and your opnions are more than welcome here. I want to address some issues that have been brought up here and other places on the forums.

Is it true that members are not allowed to express their opinions or voice their concerns re: the kimkins controversy?? Are we all sticking our heads in the sand?? Am I prematurely banned from asking honest, legitamite questions???


No you will not be banned for asking legitimate questions, or voicing concerns, nor will you be banned for expressing an opinion. You will however be banned for violations of the Terms of Service, repeatedly posting blatantly negative comments and personal attacks. You will also be banned if you have been warned that your posting isn't appropriate and you continue to post in the same manner.


I wholeheartdly believe there is negative energy surrounding this unfortunate situation~ stemming mainly from THIS forum and the inability to address ANYTHING head on. Why the secrets? It is that simple!


The negativity that seems to be present on the forums lately stems from the fact that people have decided for whatever reason to attack the plan and kimmer. This particular forum exists so that comments about the controversy can be posted and discussed, but it didn't create the controversy or negativity.

I've been reading all of this, and it makes me really sad and disappointed in Kimmer. When she was on this list as one of the members she seemed like normal nice person. I posted in a few of her threads and she posted back, this was before someone created the name KimKins. Not because that happened but I lost interest in the Kimmer threads (and was never drawn to the diet at all). Watching all of this and reading and seeing the information on the 'net if I feel disappointed I cannot even imagine how those who followed her must feel. I hope the law does get involved and those people who sent money to her can get some kind of restitution. Some might even need counseling over feelings of being betrayed and used. All kidding aside, this is really a terrible and emotionally battering experience for many people. Such a terrible shame on Kimmer.

Then when she told me her name really is Kimmer and that Heidi Diaz is her cousin in in July, this flip-flop in her story was one of the major issues that made me grow concerned enough to break all ties with her fake identity and suspicious diet plan once and for all.

This is even worse!!!! How can anyone still hold out hope that this is all untrue?

I think the confusion in that stems from it being unclear that the first reference to "negative energy" is him quoting the original question post.

The rest of that unredeeming dribble is him trying to do anything EXCEPT answer the question.

Ok so what "if" they weren't warned? I remember several people saying there was NO warning. So could this now be used against her since none of these people were warned prior to being banned?
