That's why I never released any of that. My thoughts on it were and still are, he married her when she was overweight. He never asked her to lose weight. And she lost the weight and then wanted him to fix his teeth.

The msg had something to do with Tippy asking Heidi if when this all "blew over" she could post a thread about what it's like when you change your appearance and your s/o stays the same. She mentioned something about keeping the threads positive and knowing that Heidi didn't want negativity bla bla bla.

It was cold and calculated and sick. That's all I'm saying about that is there a smiley with it's mouth shut hehe

Well, this is the type of story we will be hearing about Hidey when it hits the fan.......same mentality, hard to figure out why people do it, but they do.....mostly for attention. Heidi also did it for the money.....which is worse

what Tippy seems to conveniently leave out is that she stalled after 2 months on Kimkins, and a 20 lb loss. and that is when she tried other plans and came up with cycling.

Let me repeat: Tippy came up with cycling kimkins and Atkins because she stalled on BOTH diets after doing them for a while. so.. if stalling is the criteria for failure, then both Atkins and Kimkins are failures.

I have done the fat fast and Kimers plans. I lost on them all. The fat fast is hard and you can't stay on it long. As a last resort I would do it again but only as a last resort. I felt yucky. Kimmers plans limit calories (food) by lowering fats drastically and after 2 months and 20 lbs later, I stalled. Right now I am doing Eat Fat Get Fit by Barry Groves. There is a thread running here now about it. I personally did one week of 70% fat, around 2000 calories on most days but this one limits protein and is still lc veggies. I lost 3 lbs this week on it, which is unbelievable after eating lots of bacon every day. I mean LOTS! I find this plan the most satisfying of all next to Atkins.

Atkins stated to move up the carb ladder but he wasn't specific on what to give up in place of more veggies. Was it fats or protein? I really don't know. I am now wondering if it was protein since Atkins advocated fats so much.

Hope this helps! You don't have to do the yucky old fat fast anymore.

Now thinning hair seems to be somewhat common on a LC WOE (better NOT happen to me; I my hair) but losing 60% of your hair is in no way common, normal, or healthy. Losing one or maybe two cycles, again, wouldn't raise my eyebrows too much. But not having a cycle for five months is again not common, normal or healthy. I notice TT didn't touch the heart flutters. Those don't ring any red flags for her?

Going to the ER, wrecking your thyroid and metabolism are also common side effects, too. Did TT's doctor say those were a-ok, too, and not be alarmed if you get nice and cozy with the ER doctors?
