Could someone please point me to the thread where TT information is? I think I have read everything on ducky's latest but somehow I am missing it...I am very tired tonight, might have something to do with it. Thanks.
Oh, and the before/after ducks...hilarious, I actually was thinking something like trojan duck. ![]() |

For you, teapotts, if you're interested - something extremely simple (so I can remember who you 'were'). I don't know how else to get it here (without hosting) except to replace my AVI - so I'll change mine back to my Pig Duck in a Red dress tomorrow.

OK, I have been resisting becoming a "duck" for long enough. This is too much fun.
I finally got done reading the new thread. Now off to do a few chores and try to get my life back for a little while. |

So the cycling bussiness.
1 week Kimkins, 1 week Atkins will not damage your thyroid according to them. Think again, it will. This is what I did, go back and forth to Atkins, Kimkins, Atkins. I 'only' did this for a few months without exercise. Right now I'm having a terrible time (after over 18 months) of trying to get over 1800 calories. As I said before, I've been training for half marathons one that happened in June and one coming up in October. I CAN NOT LOSE WEIGHT DESPITE THE AMOUNT OF EXERCISE I DO EVERY DAY. Why? Because I killed my thyroid with the cycling I did. It's just NOT worth it.

Seems like she is aligning herself with our dear Dr. Atkins more and more these days. Isn't this exactly what Dr. Atkins warned us about? One bite isn't enough and yet it's too much. (That's not an exact quote, but you get the idea....)

Let's see, 2 eggs, grilled chicken, meat for dinner.
I did use butter for the eggs and a table spoon of mayo for the meats. Low I'd say. I didn't work out, couldn't. I remember laying in bed and gauging the flatness of my belly for the mood of the day. I'm not proud of this, at all. I'm still paying for this foolishnes almost 2 years later. |

yeah, that is low...*sigh* i'm sorry that you're still struggling. but please try not to be hard on yourself, we've all made mistakes...and good for you, for being a voice of caution for others.as for me, i guess i should go on record as saying that when i did my cycling, my stillman weeks (kimkinsish) weren't like the 500 calories (or less!) plans kimmer's promoting. i don't want to mislead anyone in thinking that boot camp or shakes plans were any part of my plan, 'cause they weren't. |

HoneyBee2 ~ Ha! That's hilarious! Shame you can't change the bottom line to read "You have lost 60 dollars."
![]() Is this your actual ticker on Kimkins? Or just the one you wish you could post? |

I thought I was the only one who was wondering about that! Do you think she's smart/conniving enough to have stashed the money somewhere hard to get to (i.e. the Caymans, Switzerland - wherever those secretive banks are - I'm not really in the know on that kind of thing, not being evil and devious enough to have amassed ill-gotten gains that need to be sheltered from my victims), so that she can plead poverty when she is slapped with judgements from the inevitable lawsuit(s)? ![]() |

I don't understand - so now we are finding out that it seems that ALL of the admins at Kimkins who were SUCCESSFUL at losing, "cycled" on and off of Kimkins, with "refeeds" or "fat fasts" or "Atkins Induction" instead of doing just K/E or straight Kimkins. Why isn't that part of the plan then? I was stalled for WEEKS on Kimkins, exercising my butt off, eating next to nothing and getting nowhere, and it turns out that what I needed to do to break my stall was to STOP DOING KIMKINS - huh? Tippy Toes - why are you still there and defending Kimmer? I don't get it. You've seen the facts, you know she is a fraud. If you think you are helping people by staying "on the inside" to "help" the members, you aren't. You're just propping up a "diet" plan that doesn't work, and doesn't tell people the truth about what they need to do to lose weight unless we come somewhere like here and discover the truth.

I was just thinking (well some one pointed it out to me) that the new admin at kimkins sounds a lot like tippy. Same way she lost her weight and now pushing a cycling diet. HMMMMMMMM! any one else think this may just be a new name for tippy? Sure looks suspicous!
Why would some one all of a sudden show up on a site and be automatically made an admin? HMMMMMM! HMMMMMMMM! Just a thought to throw out there. And you girls have sure made me laugh a lot tonight and I did need a good laugh or two since I have been in some tremendous pain from my broken foot, helped take my mind off the pain. I never thought I would get so caught up in a thread like I have this one, interesting stuff for sure. I have never been a big poster more of a lurker, but have posted in this thread than I have any where before. MY hubby laughed at me tonight when I said oh oh I need to hurry home and get on the pc to see if any new news on the kimkins empire falling. LOL! Yal keep up the good work! I guess yal can all tell I am from the south with my yal's LOL! |
