Hi,
I have been only lurking here until now. I started KK on July 9th. In a post I read about his site and have been here since. I can't lurk anymore. Its all so disturbing to me. I can't post often but I want to be a part of this site. I have a lot to catch up on so I'll be posting more when I get a chance.

For now I have this question or concern

In all the foster children "stuff" did she ever mention having any foster girls?

(my honest intent is just to understand all of this)

I have only seen her quoted as saying her "boys" or "foster care boys"...

Maybe someone else will "dive in" and say if Kimmer ever mentioned girls?

Yes, you're remembering correctly. It was probably submitted before Jessica quit. She pretty much posted sound advice so she may have been one that wasn't really doing the plan.

She only took in boys (well supposedly) She would say she did not relate well to girls and preferred boys. Plsus eh said she often like to take in "challenging" boys that were dififcult to place

I am several pages behind, but as far as I know you don't have to have a background check as a volunteer parent in a classroom in California. I certainly didn't need it when I volunteered in my kids' classrooms, but that was almost 6 years ago. Things change - however, this is a moot point since I think it was determined that Kimmer/Heidi/Hidey/whoever was not the teacher mentioned in previous posts...

Not that I'm aware of - it was always "my boys." And there is no possible way to understand this. You need a program with all the key players identified; too, when some switch sides, it's hard to keep track of between "then and now." The best you can do is read a few dozen pages per night till you've read the first "Fascination" thread. Then start over and catch up to us here, although that's virtually impossible. I'm always behind at least 5 pages if I do unnecessary things like sleep or go shopping. I'm about to get 5 pages behind any moment now.

Oh, my flags have been up a LONG time about her saying she'd only take teen boys.. I won't go into that again tho..

She has made the remark {it's posted somewhere here} that she took the troubled ones, because no one wanted them and everyone wants babies.. To bad that's not an actual feeling of caring... To bad even fostering wasn't an actual feeling of caring...
