I've seen some court decisions where I doubted the judge(s) knew the difference. So it's not surprising that most people don't know.

Did anyone notice how Becky had mentioned that when she was first an admin (technically volunteer) Kimmer would give her gift cards for $100 or $200 here and there? I also noticed in the private PM's between SL and Kimmer that SL said thank you to Kimmer for the bonus.

I wonder if that was her way of getting around giving the admins pay and saying they were volunteer. However, she did tell SL that she was going to start giving her $150 a week so maybe Kimmer has looked into things....Ok I did say maybe (*runs away ducking*)

But I am still going to contact the IRS because, hey they can decide if she is doing things the appropriate way and if not well then........tax fraud can bring even the best crooks down.

Right on. The requirement to file tax returns is...a requirement. The requirement is not "more urgent" if you make 2 million dollars versus 2 dollars in your business. There is (IMO - and I'm a sales person not a tax person!) a little wiggle room if you have a teeny business and no meaningful income.

But 40,000 new members at $59.95 a pop? Better be filing something I think. AND - those who are being paid ANYTHING for working there should be working on their tax situations.

UM...let's see. Kimkens.com officially started in about May or so 2006? Business tax returns to the Feds were due March 15 for calendar / fiscal 2006. If a tax return hasn't been filed yet, then we're now in the time frame of the second extension for said return. (I know this as the queen of extensions!)

Based on what I've read, prior to the WW cover story there were about 4.000 members. At $14.95 each, that'a about $30K. That would have probably been spread between 2006 (late) and 2007 (late winter/spring). But the prices went up somewhere along the way, so those numbers are probably low.

Dear Jimmy, and any other affiliates who made more that a few hundred bucks on this. REPORT YOUR INCOME. Do not wait for the IRS to come around this thing, and then bust you for unreported income. Trust me - you can get busted whether Hideyscamkins sent you a 1099 or not.

Yep, the niece but Vanessa Romero isn't a Kimkins affiliate like Kimmer is stating she is because Martin stated the paypal account for VR is Heidi Diaz's account so it appears that Kimmer does use that name for her as an alias when it comes time to get paid.

Just didn't want us digging up the goods on innocents... Somehow I thought she was using "Vanessa Sharp" as an alias. Didn't she write under that name? Maybe she used them both... As narcissistic as she is, I'm surprised she doesn't just go by "God". That's probably next.
