I don't think it will pose any problems, other than some may look at my name and wonder if I'm on the up and up. That does kind of bother me, because I'm a real straight shooter, and I'm definitely NOT on Kimmer's side. ![]() |

I'm no doctor, and I don't claim to know much about medicine, but if I opened a web site with a diet program, I'd want a doctor to go out on a limb to say whether the program was safe or wasn't. Just posting that disclaimer makes me wonder, since she has nothing to back up whether the diet is or isn't healthy, how can she even put up a disclaimer saying pregnant, nursing, or people with impaired kidney function shouldn't be on the diet? I can see a disclaimer saying you should see your doctor first before beginning any diet program, but to single out groups of people makes it almost sound like it's a doctor recommendation when it really isn't. It's only Kimmer's amateur opinion. And that opinion isn't worth any more than the rest of her diet. What doctor has evaluated this diet to say whether it is or isn't safe? Sherrie: You do have sharp eyes, my dear..And NO ONE ever made their checks out to Kimmer, did they???? Cuz she doesn't exist aside from Heidi.
Maybe Heidi has a Magic Chair that turns her into Kimmer when she types at the computer?? CJane..We all knew it had to be "glitch" in the copy/paste stuff. Last edited by CarolynF : 09-20-2007 at 05:30 PM. |

I had successfully done a low carb plan about 7 years ago. But when I read about Kimkins...I just knew it would help me lose the extra weight before my 10th anniversary. All it has done is given me a borderline ED. Even though I haven't followed it in a few months, I still mentally beat myself up for eating cheese. Or using more than a drop of salad dressing on a salad. Or using oil/butter to cook with. I still have trouble adding veggies back, averaging a small salad a day. I still fret I may be eating too many calories. I *never* ever had this problem before. I wonder about my thyroid. Has it been affected? Is the extra hair loss I've been experiencing the past few months a result of this? What about the horrendous cramps? Has Kimkins messed up my hormones as well? I signed the petition the day it came out. Thank goodness Heidi didn't receive any money from me. But she did get a part of my sanity. So to all of you who are tirelessly working to expose her- I applaud you. ![]() *back to catching up on thread* P.S. Sorry Jayed- looks like we have the same duck! ![]()

Hey! Will ya'll slow down? I'm tryin' to catch up here. My DH tells me I'm obsessed.
I told him this is like reading a very long novel that just keeps getting longer.I'm way back on page 73. Just wanted to respond to some things from even further back... Quote:

I still can't believe she had foster kids when she lost custody of her son and then got more after having them taken away? What's up with that? ![]() Quote:

Finally caught up again...
Missi, I don't think you suck...I respect your decision and admire your integrity! We all know the truth will come out when the time is right. Thanks for all your hard work in making that happen! Kakay, as far as the KK admins, I don't think $$$ is the lure. I think it's obvious that they are enticed by what they perceive as power and status. I also wonder why, if they believe so strongly in their choice, they aren't eager to defend that choice. |

ETA that missi, you made the right decision in not letting innocent people get caught in the crossfire. I wouldn't want our quest for the truth to get as ethically-challenged as what we were trying to shut down! It may take longer to get info, but I will sleep better knowing that the rights of innocent people are being looked after. Last edited by Violet Skye : 09-20-2007 at 05:49 PM. |

interesting... ducky should be proud. The kimkinsexposed name is popular enough that another enterprising company has snatched it up as a domain name.
I wonder what ducky or heidi will think of the new website with the domain name kimkinsexposed... ![]() Last edited by aloise : 09-20-2007 at 05:55 PM. |
