I think you can find those at kimkins exposed but there are two links for them (two sets). Or do you need all of them on one page?

Has anyone emailed HSN, or Colleen Lopez to ask if indeed that is her picture? I really think that must be her. It is a professional picture, and we have all seen the pics of celebs that are photoshopped, or fixed to change this and that, with a few tweaks, that pic looks exactly like Colleen Lopez...

). . . I am so GLAD that everyone here is getting the truth out. This is about so much more now than fraud, lies and money; as Jeanessa found out last night, this evil, evil woman is hurting children

I'm pretty sure it is somewhere in this thread, but didn't someone say that Heidi was trying to be a foster 'mom'

to disabled children? After everything that came to light last night, this makes my blood boil

I have a special needs child -- all children are innocent and trusting and have a hard time defending themselves, it goes double for children with disabilities. If she were just taking in kids for money, but still attempting to be a good mom, I would cut her slack. . . but after Jeanessa's revelation it's clear that Heidi Diaz needs to be kept as far away from children as possible!!

I know there is a shortage of good foster families out there, but IMO a child is better off in an orphanage then in the care of a sociopath. . . I shudder to think what she has subjected her children (foster & birth) to and the damage she has done.

Can the attorney make sure she can never be a foster parent again, or is this just a civil money thing (oh, I have no legal mind -- must watch some court tv

she always stated that she was very very bad to her liver years ago

Further revelations and confirmation.....

Heidi is on permanent disability due to mental illness.

In the past, she has slid under the radar, defrauding the government by using other people's ss#'s to report income.

Unfortunately, she can't do this with her Kimkins income. We all have bank histories and paypal transactions that were paid to Heidi K. Diaz. And those of us who paid Catherine can rest assured that Catherine has record of financial payments to Heidi K. Diaz.

I was trying to say that I can understand Tarvosk (a little anyway) due to some SHORT LIVED and odd life experiences.. and NO I don't own a whip, LOL.

Tarvosk obviously thrives on power and having the power to "dominate" the KK forums is probably a big thing for him. He had started his own Kimkins for men email group, where he was the owner, tried to "dominate" a low-carb cooking chat room with constant "jokes" that disrupted the flow of conversation simply to maintain his control of the atmosphere, etc., etc. So I can totally see why he's loving his "power trip" over at KK.

When I read that Kaiala was sick and having kidney trouble.. but that they were doing great on the diet.. it made my stomach turn, seriously. Seems to me that his power trip is more important than her health and the POSSIBILITY that the diet has a role in her health issues. He just absolutely refuses to believe for a moment that a 500 cal a day diet can impact someone's health adversely, which shows that he's not the brightest bulb on the string as is often the case with people that seek "false" positions of "power", sort of as an attempt to overcompensate.

It's really quite sad and I do hope he wakes up from his KK induced mental coma and gets kaiala the help she really needs - like a good, healthy weight loss plan.

Ha! I knew it! Mental illness, forget where I said that before but I knew I should have put some money on it! Dang. lol.

As for the payments to Heidi Diaz, the IRS has a handy dandy form 3949a which is available on the irs.gov website. It's a PDF file you can edit, put in all of the information you have including records of your payments to xxxx (paypal address) and email the form off to the IRS.

Also, the Social Security disability program has a fraud hotline.

Somehow I knew her disability was mental illness and I'm pretty sure I know which ones she would be claiming since anyone diagnosing her would be able to find a dual diagnosis pretty easily. Knowing just the little that I've been privy to, I wouldn't doubt that she is.

Also, the ssi admin has been contacted, and will not discuss the ongoing (note ongoing) investigation of Heidi K Diaz, also her last 2 known address since payments would have gone there, and for good measure they also have her pob just in case. At least that's what I heard
